Kohl’s in Olean NY. Betty Jo was the sales associate who helped me reapply for a Kohl’s Credit card. She was so kind, helped me through the process. She was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

KOHLS in Olean is my "GO TO" place for shopping! Just large enough to have plenty of products to browse, but... not so big , you become overwhelmed! Great selection of items, great prices, great sales and most of all, ALWAYS helpful, friendly employees to aid your shopping experience!

There's been sales like 50% off of Champion and 30%-50% off of Under Armour..I wish I had known it was coming because I would have saved up for kids clothes. You can't beat the sales they have right now...online also. (January 2023)

I went to shop and also return something to Amazon. I had never done this before. The girl at the service desk literally walked me through the whole process, even though she suspected it wouldn't be able to be returned there. She told me how to proceed from there. I am so so grateful for the technology assist! When checking out that sales girl helped me find the 25% off coupon on my phone. Both women went above and beyond and were very very nice!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The one employee (Chris I think) helped walk me through ordering a shirt online I really liked but they did not have my size in the store. Every time I go there the staff is so great

Good Quantity and Assortment of Quality items. Wasted hunting on Amazon for the items it took to pick up at Kohl's. Color, size and material are known immediately. LOTS of Sales with help from patient, kind staff!!!
