Pru Thai

How I don't already have a review of this place I will never know. My main Thai spot, Tom kha soup is very good and if you like it hot they will deliver. Everything here is delicious and the owner is very nice. 10/10 recommend

My favorite pad Thai in the area. I got a catering order for my party and the pricing was very fair. I came again for lunch, the portions are reasonable sized, they come with a soup or salad. The atmosphere is very relaxed and modern, easily suiting a casual catch up or a business meeting. Just be careful of the low lamps, I watched my table neighbor bonk his head on it when he left. Seems like it happens often.

Tasty food! We had the Black Noodles and Chicken Rama. The Noodles were the tastiest of the two dishes, but both were awesome. Very nice service. We will be back. BYOB.

Great food. Green curry and basil fried rice were awesome. We ended up ordering more food as they were very tasty. Great experience overall.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Service was fast, the waitress was professional and kind, and the food was good. Would recommend to others to eat here

The green curry was very authentic tasting and delicious. There was plenty of heat from the curry but it wasn't overpowering.

I am in love with this place. Have ended up ordering food from here every week. The food is unbelievably authentic Thai food. Have tried many items on the menu and every one has been an absolute hit. You just cannot go wrong with their food. If you like your food spicy, you can specify the spice level and that deliver on the right level of heat

Ordered a take out. We had shrimp tom yum soup, Thai green veg curry with jasmine rice, pad Thai cashew with rice and spring veg rolls. The food was just so amazing, perfect spice levels that works with our palette. We especially loved the pad Thai cashew it was supremely delicious. Looks like we will be a frequent visitor to this place.

This place makes the best duck ever. The black noodles are fantastic, and I highly recommend the chili noodles.

Great food made fresh. Good portions. Nice ambience. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu too!

I love this place. Their food is so authentic and delicious. I love their Tom Kha soup with veggies and my boyfriend and I LOVE their Chili Noodles. If you haven’t checked this place out you’re missing out! Hope they stay open forever. 💜

Pru Thai is consistently our favorite BYO restaurant. The Duck Tamarind is out of this world delicious! The service is very friendly and attentive. We leaned on this place heavily during pandemic times. We enjoy eating in, it’s best right out of the kitchen.

The food was delicious. The server recommended the soup (which came as a choice with salad with our lunch special). It was flavorful and light. My dining companions and I each had a different dish featuring chicken, and it didn't take long for any of us to clean our plates. The restaurant filled up quickly. A pleasant wait staff; I definitely look forward to sharing a meal there again.

Delicious Thai food! I highly recommend the Drunken Man Noodles.

May very well have been one of the worst meals I've had in years. I love all Thai food, but Pru Thai seems to go out of its way to deliver bland, overcooked food. My lunch (Pru Thai lunch basket) was totally inedible. Also no salad dressing with side salads. Incredibly disappointed. *Edited to 5 stars on 5/9/2023, did the lunch today per a co-worker's suggestion. Food was great(pork pad thai), lunch prices as fantastic, happy to see that there has been marked improvement.

I was in Pennington today. Googled take out near me and viola an amazing restaurant popped up. This Thai food is amazing. Great flavors. Fast service. Nice people and I didn’t have to cook. I know where we’re getting take out when I go back to Pennington. My family loved it all! We tried the Crying Tiger from a Yelp recommendation plus we tried the Kong ooh soon sen and the Pad Thai. All delish. We highly recommend.
