I don't know where these one star people went to but it wasn't this place. This place was spotless. Everything was clean in place. No problems, people were very helpful they went up and beyond for us. Appreciate everything guys. We even took out our own trash so we didn't stink up the place
warning do not let GPS take you up the back roads. The main road to the Thruway is so much easier

I recently conducted our a meeting in Windham and the Winwood Inn was an excellent choice for our lodging. Loredana, Heather, Dan and all the staff were excellent, they made my planning easy. The hotel has the classic style of an older ski lodge with winding hallways and unique rooms. Rooms have been updated and everything was clean and neat. I'm definitely going back.

Booked the hotel for my weekend. Its very nice and convenient hotel right on route NY hwy 23.Upon arrival check in was fast and lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. We got the Room on second floor and have a great view of the swimming pool and mountains. Queens size bed and sofa bed was very nice and comfortable, All the linen , pillows and comforters was clean. Two working TV sets in the room and nice small kitchen with all the kitchen utensils from knife fork spoon to plates and glass and cups, different size pans to cook food, refrigerator and electric appliance with coffee machine.
Bathroom was very spacious and clean with clean towels and amenities.
They have very big swimming pool just across the hotel property with beautiful grass and mountains on the backside. Beautiful view.
They have continental breakfast with coffee and juice .
Also the have mexican restaurant inside the property with great food and drinks. Will stay again.

What a great experience! We checked in easily and had a nice room. Heather at the front desk was SUPER nice and even came up to help fix the cable that temporarily went out. We spent a few days so got to know the staff pretty well. Heather in particular stood out as very professional and eager to please. Couldn’t believe how she made us feel right at home. We saw her interact with other guests and it’s refreshing to see people are geniune. Heather really made our experience great and will only stay here from now on when we travel back in the area. The lobby has a nice fireplace and couches to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine on. Breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins, cereal juice coffee tea kinda stuff but was nice and convenient. The room was clean and appeared well taken care of. Definitely will go back this winter.... !!!!

I went here for work, but will definitely be back in the winter to hit the slopes and ski. The place has an incredible store next door with a deli and a pizzeria as well as convenience items, so there's no really need to go anywhere else as well as tavern 23 which is located at the Windwood Inn.

2 bedroom condo was spacious and perfect for our family of five. Kitchen was clean and views we're beautiful. Breakfast was basic and shower curtains needed changing, but the staff was so friendly.

Our stay at the Winwood Inn was wonderful. The Winwood has comfortable and practical condo units available with a living room, dining area, and small kitchen, allowing you to do a little cooking if you wish (and complete with all the comforts of home-read: wine glasses and corkscrew). It is a great place to relax apres-ski. They also provide a continental breakfast in the morning to grab and be on your way to the slopes. We were delighted by 4-6" of fresh snow this morning which made our stay extra special.

When in the Windham area and you need an affordable, spacious and comfortable room.... stop in at Winwood. Shuttle to the mountain and leave the car behind... Kitchen was a nice addition! Mini mudroom for your ski equipment and undressing, great water pressure, ample room, parking was on point. The restaurant isn't open everyday, so don't plan on having dinner there. Must drive further in to town.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Winwood Inn! Th staff was very nice and helped me and my girlfriend The room was cozy and quiet, which means a lot after a day of snowboarding. Continental Breakfast was enough to get your day started. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you.

friendly and responsive staff stayed in one of the condos which are steps above the more modest rooms in the lodge. The Unit I use even has a full kitchen Great accommodations and premises . Walk to Town or mini mart or dinners at the newly redone Inn in the Lodge . Very fairly priced compared to other Windham Mountain accommodations.

We stayed here for one night to attend a wedding in the area. The room was clean, the staff at the front desk and bar were kind and quick, and the inn is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in the town. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

It's a very cozy hotel, with a brand new heated swimming pool. Also, they offer game room, movie theater, fitness center, laundry, and a delicious complementary continental breakfast. Also, the hotel offers 1 and 2 bedrooms Condo, Efficiency Condo(Studio Condo), this unit has one Queen size bed, full bath, Queen pull out sofa in the living room, dinning area, mini fridge, stove, microwave...
If you want to bring your pets, the hotel offers a room for them🐕🐩🐒🐈

Winwood is a great location to stay if you're overnighting the Windham area. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a bit disappointing but I guess my standards aren't incredibly high for continental.

Nice place to stay if you are looking to go to Ski Windham. You can see the slopes and its a short drive to the base of mountain

Amazing little inn. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are simple and nice. Restaurant downstairs is delicious. And 2 minutes from the mountain. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

Lovely inn right at the beginning of town. New pool is excellent, but quite cold. Place always looks clean and the staff are extremely helpful.

Nice place to stay. The staff was nice and the room was clean and had a nice little balcony. The only negative was that the restaurant was not open when I was there.

Room looks very nice. For small additional fee get also 2 adult lift tickets. Front desk stuff are very nice.

Very friendly staff. Reservations and check in quick and easy. Would definitely go through them again to book condo at Windham mountain.
