I'm giving Manny's Appliances 5 stars for the whole experience from the sale, purchase, delivery and install/take-away old stuff.

Rob was our salesman and pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for. Rob was very helpful and listened well to what we wanted (and didn't want) for our new washer and dryer. Washer and dryer just arrived so I can review those machines, but sales service was great.

Delivery was outstanding. Jadon and Tyler were one-time, fast, courteous and attentive. The new appliances went in and old ones went out. They answered any questions we had with a friendly attitude. I wish every company had delivery personnel like these two young men.

Our new fridge was delivered yesterday, 4/25/2024.  The delivery/installers were wonderful!  I believe the man's name is Anthony and he had an assistant.  Both were courteous, efficient and arrived on time!  Keep Anthony happy as he exemplifies the type of quality in customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age.  This type of service, from the salesman to delivery is why we choose Manny's.

I bought my Bosch dishwasher Aug 2023 from Manny’s over the phone with Rob MacNeil, I love me dishwasher. I was having problems with my 9 year old refrigerator, Jan 2024, and saw that they had one on sale that was similar to mine and called and spoke with Rob. He ordered the dishwasher for me. I wondered if I made the right choice and ending up going over and meeting with Rob. He showed me other choices. It appeared the one I ordered was a lower model than what I had. He showed me another model that I really liked, so we changed the order. On Sunday I noticed the refrigerator I ordered was on sale for a significant amount off. I called Rob and he offered to refund the difference . I was very happy with Manny’s as they carry the major brands, are reputable, and I am happy to know I will have them to service my new appliances. I highly recommend Rob MacNeil and Manny’s Appliances!

Manny's is great. Brandon was superb on sales. Mike and Conlan were super helpful during a repair. They are really knowledgeable and explain everything. Courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again for repairs and plan to buy all my new appliances at Manny's.

Rob helped me pick out a fridge when mine died unexpectedly. Fast and friendly service. Would definitely go here again.

Thought i left a review previously- must be getting addled. Anyway, #1- last summer (2022) refrigerator dies suddenly. 90 degrees out, two little kids, not good. Over to Manny's- Brandon listened to our plight- "you need a fridge today, let's see what I have in the warehouse." 5 or 6 models to choose from, excellent price, helped us load it on the truck and took the old one to dispose of. Just like that. Top shelf service.
#2-our 37 year old gas dryer dies. Off to Manny's. Salesman was polite, thorough, showed us a range of choices and helped us with the propane vs. electric decision.
Delivery was out two weeks- but we had to postpone because we had to get the gas dryer disconnected and that took some time. On the specified day, the delivery was w/in an hour of the earliest time quoted. The guys were polite, accomodating, efficient. Hooked everything up, hauled away to old machines (moved the old washer to the garage as we have a plan for it) and that was that.
Overall, in our opinion, there is really no good reason to shop for appliances anywhere else. They match the prices of the big box storesn( when they happen to be lower, which isn't a lot) and there are always actually salespeople available- unlike our last big box experience (We don't have anyone in appliances, come back tomorrow.)

We had a sudden need for a new washer, and Manny’s had an excellent selection that was price matched to both Home Depot and Lowe’s. The difference was that the big stores had little to nothing available quickly, and Manny’s had many items available same day or within just a few days. I was able to pick a washer, go grab my husband’s truck, and take it home about 20 minutes later! The sales staff was also very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I will be fulfilling all of my appliance needs here from now on!

Rob M was super helpful with my purchases for a new home. He compared items for me, explained differences, and overall answered all my questions. He truly made the experience fast and easy- just what I was looking for!

We thought we would spend hours and thousands of dollars- boy were we pleasantly surprised! We had to replace three appliances, had an idea of what brands we wanted and the measurements of the spaces. We were shone options that worked for us, all questions were answered, and everything ordered and a delivery date set in less than an hour. Friendly, helpful but not pushy. Great prices for high quality too. The delivery was AMAZING. They came when they said they would, were so friendly, polite and considerate of our home. They didn't waste a step either- one appliance out on the dolly, the new one in, the next old one out - etc. They even brought a level to make sure the oven was level!

Sherwood was very helpful. I was ordering a refrigerator via phone for my Aunt's house. He was very helpful and worked with me on a specific delivery date. I would highly recommend Manny's for your appliance needs. Thank you Sherwood!

I'm new to the area and am extremely happy with Manny's prices, delivery services and attention to details. Brandon went above and beyond to explain all the benefits of the appliances and kept his word with regard to delivery. All my items were in stock and placed on hold till my kitchen was ready for them. When I was ready they were delivered promptly and with great care. It's nice to shop locally and not support the big box stores. Manny's now has a very loyal customer for life! I highly recommend Manny's !

LOVE MY FRIDGE, STOVE, DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE DUDE!! You were so patient with me when my kitchen remodel took way longer than expected, and I will always go looking for you when I'm in need of appliances again! Mannys is so lucky to have you!!

530 on Saturday (they close at 6) I get home and my fridge is dead I called these guys and not only did they have a fridge that would fit the space but they stayed 15 minutes late to help me load it!! God bless these guys !! We have six kids going any time without a fridge would be a nightmare we are so grateful for you guys !! Thank you!!

I am very happy with my choice of shopping at Manny's for a dishwasher. I have not had one in almost 2 years and the 2 dishwashers I had prior to the one I have now were useless. I was pretty fed up with spending money on appliances that did not work as advertised. I went into Manny's February 6th with intentions of buying a Bosch Dishwasher as they were at the top of the consumer list, I was even able to find one for only $499 (that is cheap for a good dishwasher) Brandon worked with me and was very informative on the Bosch appliances and how they work. He highly recommended them and even spoke about his own experience owning one. He told me it may be a few months before I get my dishwasher, I only waited 10 days and it was here! I was so happy and they loaded it right into my truck. I forgot to get the install kit so I had to turn around, when I go there one of the other staff members handed me the install kit, I asked how much and he told me I could have it. I thought that was really generous and I appreciated all of their help.
the dishwasher (Bosch Acenta-in white) works amazing and I couldn't be happier. I will most definitely being going back for future purchases.

We bought a new refrigerator at Manny’s. They had the one that was back ordered everywhere else in their warehouse in mass and were able to deliver it to our house in VT by Wednesday, which was 3 days after we purchased it. The guys that delivered it were polite and knowledgeable of of what they were doing. We will buy all of our future appliances from these guys!

We had never been to manny’s but we needed a new air conditioner so tried them . The salesperson was very helpful and courteous. He explained the difference between each and we ended up buying a portable.we love it ! Everything he said about was spot on . Thank you for being so informative and friendly, we will definitely go back if we need anything

Excellent products, fair pricing, and follow-up service post buy! You can't get that at a box store! All 4 of the staff present were helpful and friendly plus they helped us with the rebate paperwork. We will definitely be purchasing our dryer here as well, can't wait to try out the new Maytag washer this weekend.

Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable and they are a first class op — from avail inventory and delivery. They are highly recommended by many friends!
