My first time visit with Katherine, APN was a pleasure, along with her assistant Courtney they did a thorough intake of my history and took all the time needed to acknowledge my concerns. The front desk staff are great and patient with all. I am pleased with Dr. Perkari’s practice becoming my new primary physician.

Everyone in this office is amazing. Incredibly kind people. Katherine, the NP who saw me, is awesome. She's very thorough and encouraging and explains everything so well and followed up with my blood work results very quickly. This was my first visit, but I will continue to go here and highly recommend.

Judy LaFemina, APN always makes time for everyone despite her busy schedule. She will fit you in even in cases of emergency. Miss Judy never turns away a patient in need of her help. She is warm and treats everyone with respect and a beautiful smile. Miss Judy encourages questions and enjoys educating her patients, which is rare nowadays.

I visited Miss Judy at the Holmdel office in December. I cannot say enough of her. Miss Judy is very knowledgeable, wonderful, caring, and patient. She makes you feel comfortable and treats you like family. She listens and answers all your questions in detail. Miss Judy is very friendly and professional. In case you forget a question and call the office later, she will always answer your question. I never felt rushed or unimportant.

I would recommend Miss Judy for all medical advice and concerns.

Judy La Femina has every qualification that you could wish for in an APN - She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, competent, but there is something else that sets her apart. She listens, and she believes what you are telling her. She listened to me, and I believe that she saved my life.

I came to this office 1 year ago and WOW what a difference from my last. They have gotten my health issues under control in no time. They are very attentive and caring. Judy is by far the best she is always available, listens and is extremely caring. I would recommend this office 10 times over. They make you feel like family not just a patient. Love them!

I was referred to this office by a friend and I could not be more pleased with the doctors, nurses, staff and VERY CLEAN office. I was seen by NP Judy and she was so attentive and caring with me. She was friendly and extremely thorough which is very important to me. Judy spent quality time with me that I have not received at other primary care offices. I felt heard, listened to and cared for by Judy which I appreciate. The office also has late hours for those that work, like me! Making appointments are so easy. I had the pleasure of working with NP Judy and I am thrilled with the care I received. Judy was attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated a significant amount of time to address my concerns. Previously, I had been disappointed with the experience of working with primary care physicians in NJ, often struggling to schedule timely appointments and receive prompt care. However, after my experience with Judy, I no longer feel the need to rely on MD’s and other healthcare options like One Medical or teledoc. She has completely changed my perspective, and I am confident that I won't be going back to primary care physicians anymore. Absolutely LOVE this office! I’m always able to get in when needed and with minimal wait time. Front desk staff is great but my favorite is Judy. She has such a warm and calming disposition and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m never rushed and she always takes the time to get to the bottom of issues as well as follow ups. My family and I have been patients of Dr Perkari for 33years. We have always been treated with respect and compassion from the Doctor and her staff. I can't even say how many times she has been there to diagnose and treat myself and my parents accordingly. Some of which has been literally lifesaving. We put full trust in her and her staff to do what is right and they never disappoint. They make us feel like family while giving the best medical care .

I started going to this office in December of 2022 for my annual physical and saw Judy Lafemenia. Due to my medical history, I always require a full thyroid panel for my blood work. The office does blood work on site which is extremely convenient— more than that, they were extremely prompt with the results (I think I got mine within 24-hours). The technician who drew my blood was also very helpful because I get a little queasy. It turned out that my results required follow up visits with specialists and Judy guided me through the whole process and helped with referrals in the area. Additionally, she answered all of my questions and is extremely thorough and patient when answering.

My husband has experienced symptoms for a year or so as well which he has asked other doctors about and Judy actually diagnosed him (Raynauds) so we now understand how to better manage his symptoms thanks to research and her advice.

I also cannot express how grateful I am to call the office without having to go various prompts or waiting on hold forever. They are super prompt and the front desk seems to run really smoothly.

I could not be happier with our choice to join this practice. Our experience has been extremely positive!

Dr. V. Perkari has been my primary care physician for over 15 years now. She and her office staff are absolutely the BEST in their field(s). I could not ask for better medical care service(s) for me or my family, who also go to her office. Keep up the FANTASTIC care you are giving us!
