Festival Plaza

Super cool Plaza with plenty of stores to shop from and dinning options. It's much better in the middle of the week because parking can be challenging on the weekends but there is always more in the back.
There is also a Korean spa that I love!
Will definitely be back.

Cool plaza with a variety of groceries, bakeries, and dinning options. It is very busy and often times parking is more available in the back. There is a hotpot spot as well.

Went to Island Spa in the plaza. Great facility. Maybe larger parking lot though.

This shopping center has places to shop places to eat there's a bundle parking little trick and tip when you park park far away so you have to walk to the store and your car is not near any cars to get bumped or small damage and get yourself a little bit of exercise walking

Mostly Korean places but I go here for HMart, for all Asian cooking needs

All the stores here are great. I love window shopping here. The Asian market has so many good grocery items and cute essentials and snacks! Paris baguette is such a good bread store, their bread is always so delicious. Although I believe some stores are quite expensive.

Hmart, Tous Les Jours, Spice 24, Meng Gao Yang, Paris Baguette, etc. So many awesome stores in this plaza. I'm so glad these stores came to here!

Very busy on a Sunday afternoon but this place is always amazing.

My favorite plaza to eat, shop and relax!!! H-Mart is filled with awesome low price and quality produce and asian goods, amazing selection of restaurants and dessert places like Mango Mango and Kung Fu Tea and cannot forget about Island Spa and Sauna. Honestly, it is hard not to just live here!

Theres Hmart, mango-mango desert! Kungfu tea, boom-boom chicken, Paris baguette, korean bbq, mongolian restaurant and big parking lot!

Great place to get all the Asian groceries. Plus they have the cleanest seafood section I've seen around. Meat section is great but the beef prices here are lot higher than most places. The meat and poultry are packaged neatly and very clean. Definitely not your local grocery store. You might pay little more but Definitely worth it.
