Had the Wratten team setup flat tow hardware on my Jeep Wrangler and Mercedes View. Parts were in next day, and install was done the following day. Exceptional Customer Service, and phenomenal installation. Josh and his team were spot on in defining the estimate and installing the equipment. Everything worked as defined.

Awesome service! More than once to boot! Shopping was great calm experience (no shoving campers in my face i didnt want to see). Then after purchase, they stood by their warranty promise and sent a tech to my house the very next day with a brand new battery and new propane whips. Fixed only 12 hours after my discovery of the issues at my own home!!! Highly recommend wratten over the big chain rv sellers hands down. Much nicer experience.

I had two windows on the front cap of my Palomino Pause 20.3 travel trailer cracked/chipped & leaking. I worked with Josh at Wratten Trailer Sales and Austin Groves at the Pause manufacturing plant to get replacement windows sent to Wratten so they could replace the damaged/leaking windows under warranty. Josh at Wratten was great to work with. He got me in within a few days of receiving the replacement windows and got the repairs done in a timely manner so my wife & I could continue our trip. We are on the road camping in our RPod and had an issue with the gas line. Wratten’s service team had us bring it right in and worked on it immediately to get us back on the road. They were wonderful and we can not say enough good things about our experience.

I recommend this place to everyone. We have a motor home which they don't sell. They can't work on the engine but they on the inside. Each time we've brought it in they friendly, they bent over backwards to help us, and they fixed it in a short time. Their honest, that's important to us. They don't try and pad the bill, on the contrary, they bend over backwards to save you money. And what they fix stays fixed. Unlike Camping World of Syracuse. They try to pad the bill, can't fix anything, and you drive out with things in place but the first bump you hit it all falls apart.

The Wratten Dealership has been a great place to do business. From the receptionist to Jim, Rob and Jeff, they are down home courteous professional people. I bought my first new motor home in 96' from the Dad, Al and he was a delight.

The boys have been great to us being at The Willows in Henderson Harbor and only 10 miles away.
They are cognizant of any problem and have done super work for us.

Not only #1 in RV sales, but Wratten's offers RV rentals, as well. They actually deliver and set up your rental at your campsite before your arrival - how awesome is that? Jim and staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with... they make camping in the 1000 Islands a dream come true!

Forgot to bring my sewer tote and found this rv supply on Google. Staff was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and at the store. A very nice gentleman even loaded my new sewer tote into my truck for me. Not from this area but would recommend this rv store to anyone.
