First time at a UPS Store. Holiday rush season. Small line with some cranky customers. The staff was brilliant. Quick, friendly, helpful. Employee Brandon was very patient with me and got it all done very efficiently. Thank you all. I'll be back.

I was home visiting a few weeks ago,and I was gifted a very priceless( to me) heirloom from my aunt. I was flying so taking it with me was not an option. I took it to the UPS store in Austintown. I figured it would be fairly expensive, and it was. They worked with me on getting it delivered on a day I would be home. I paid to have them pack it for me. It arrived in Georgia in pristine condition!!! I was holding my breath as it took close to 10 minutes to remove all the special packing. I want to thank all of them so very much for taking such wonderful care of an item that means so much to me!! You are all wonderful!! Thank you. Kathy D.

I wanted to say Thanks to A Young Man that works here. On Feb the 4th around 6 till closing, he spent about a hr while also (waiting on other customers) helping me get in touch With Amazon Representative to send a coat back. Couldn't have done it without him, you don't see that many people anymore, that helps you the way he did. Believe it or not, have to call Amazon back because they changed me for the coat and they think I have it. In this case F- for Amazon. Thank God, I have my receipt. Thanks Again for your help. 😊

I come to this location for both Amazon returns and business related shipping. And from my multiple interactions I can tell you the people that work here get it done. They have more patience in one finger than most adults have in their life.

I will always use this location for all of my shipping needs.

I hope they are getting recognized for how good they are at what they do.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do have their busy times so be kind to staff.

I have been looking at the negative reviews about this location, and I don't get it. I've been doing business with this store for many years, and I have never had an unsatisfactory visit. Sam and her associates are always courteous, pleasant and professional and have treated me like a king every time I have been there. You will not find a better group of people anywhere.

This store is always able to help me with my needs and has friendly and informative employees.

I just went in there today to do some Amazon returns and the staff was amazing, love them. They were helpful and polite. Best UPS experience yet, honestly!

Always friendly and extremely fast services

I was visiting Austintown for a wedding and this store assisted me in making a sign for the bride. The store owner, Sam, was so nice and helpful. Sam and her team helped design the sign and print in time before the wedding. My dad picked up the sign for me as I was busy, and he had nothing but nice things to say as well.

LOVE this place! Stopped in for notary service on May 12, 21 and the service was absolutely excellent. Friendly staff, lightning fast service, and professional folks working there. I will use no one else for the services they provide again. Especially notary. She was ADORABLE!!

This store is wonderful. The staff is always friendly. I usually get Barb. She is always kind, and willing to help. They do an amazing job of packing my items. So nice to experience excellent customer service for a change.

I was here about a month back and needed help with color printing and binding. It was for my project that was due the same day and I had asked a couple printing store around the area who could not help me out. So I went to UPS and the lady working helped me with it. If she had not helped me I would have a real hard time driving around town to find someone to do it for me. It was around 6 in the evening and my project was due at 7:30.
Thank you for doing that for me.

I have to give the folks here five stars as well. I had to ship some small parts to Canada in a ridiculous hurry...and they took care of me and my paper work just terrifically. I may have given them a challenging request...but they took care of it very well. I can see how it would be frustrating if there were a lot of people showing up all at once. I've never seen these stores "over-staffed". But...that's kind of what you have to plan for. Thanks for the help!
