Gram's Diner

Only stopped in to pick up some Holiday Donuts, but I’ll be back! The place is so cute and all decorated for Christmas…so welcoming. And let’s talk about the donuts-yum! Every one was delicious and I couldn’t pick a favorite if I had to. They were heavy, chocked full of cream, and the sweetness level was perfect, not too sweet like so many donuts. It’s a drive for me, but worth the trip again to try out the food.

I first started coming to this diner when my mom Donna Pelno worked there. I live in star Lake new york but make a point to stop in and eat everytime I drive through. Today I stopped there for breakfast and it as usual us some of the best food I've ever eaten. Although it's not my home town it's a taste of home for me. I will forever recommend Grams diner as the best Diner I've ever been too! Thanks again for another delicious meal. Ps your corn beef Hash is literally to die for!

Was in town while traveling through town I saw this Diner, very nice inside, the staff was great and friendly, the service and the good were very good!!

I mean how can you beat a small town fixture like grams? This little diner has been updated over the years to be a little higher quality in their food offerings while still having that diner charm! Highly recommended! 👨‍🍳

Food was really good and filling. Waitress was really nice and brought me a refill quickly without asking. Nice little restaurant in my hometown. I love Adams and Gram's is an awesome place to go for a quick and satisfying meal. Definitely recommend.

This place is worth a 15-minute drive from Watertown. The food is great, and they know how to treat a customer. My mother and I are both satisfied
customers. We love the blueberry pancakes and the turkey club.

We're all amazed that they can have so many diverse items on their menu and everything tastes amazing! Excellent food, clean, relaxing atmosphere, great prices, and excellent service. Not too big, not too small... Just right. You owe it to yourself to try this place.y colleagues and I make it our annual meeting place for work.

the best!! Follow grams diner on Facebook and tease yourself before you go. The only thing that tastes better then their HUGE mimosas and bloody Mary's is the food. The special changes each week. When we went their specials were lemon meringue waffles and bacon sausage and gravy. Who puts bacon in their sausage gravy??? The best diner around does! Entering food coma now.

We were out for a drive and was near this place at lunch time. We didn't realize they only served breakfast/brunch on Sunday. That wasn't an issue. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. The portion size was enormous as shown in the photo. We will definitely stop in again if in the area.

My husband and I have been coming here for weekend Brunch for years! Before we had a family, we'd bring friends and family staying with us for a weekend. Now we enjoy with our son. It's always a hit with anyone we bring from out of town.

Hands down best brunch around. Always unique and delicious brunch specials. Their eggs Benedict of the week is always a hit- French dip eggs Benny!? Yum!

Traditional American brunch with a spin. Different kinds of poutine offered. Some of the best French toast and waffle combinations. Brunch drinks with a fresh twist and at a great price point- get a large Mimosa for $5! Recently tried a Mango Dragonfruit mimosa with chunks of Dragonfruit inside. So delicious.

Very busy between 1100-1300 on weekends and seating is limited- so plan ahead or prepare to wait! No designated parking lot but usually ample street parking out front and across the street.

Friendly staff that is at your table side within minutes of being seated. Relaxed, casual atmosphere. Family-run feel. Highly recommend this for your next bruncheon.

Absolutely beautiful town and this is one of the best family diners I've ever been to... Amazing food and great price.

There's a saying first impression counts. Gram's Diner delivers just that. Great selection of food and friendly service as well. My son had this macaroni and cheese in this adorable dinosaur bowl with fries and my daughter had her first clam chowder. I had the fish burger or sandwich. We are very please with the food and reasonable price. If you're visiting or living in Adams, New York, please come and support this family run business restaurant. Definitely will visit again when in the area. Love their warm, welcoming decor as well.

Chronicles of the Wildman

I ride in and around the North Country to eat at and review diners. I visited Gram's on 14 September 2018. If I had to choose only one word to describe the diner, it would be BEAUTIFUL. The door you're greeted with is clean and elegant with a beautiful railing and solar powered post lights. Once inside I see the cleanest blackboard I have ever seen with the morning's special (which I do end up getting). I sit down and the most gorgeous bar I've seen. All the chairs look in good condition and didn't notice any cracks or sign of age. The cleanliness is remarkable and the coffee mugs were neatly stacked and the see-in fridge was well organized. I got a meat lover's wrap with swiss cheese, egg, bacon/sausage/ham and home fries. It is large portions, so I took half of it home. It was quite scrumptious and definitely will finish it before day's end. The prices are a little higher than I've noticed from other diners, but not much; the pleasant atmosphere more than make up for that. I literally found nothing wrong with this diner and it is the single most cleanest diners I've ever been. Heck! I put too much sugar in my coffee because the opening of the container was cleaned and there was no sugary build up from the steam of previous coffees and did not anticipate such a constant sugar supply. I highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent breakfast, scrambled eggs are soft and fluffy, not overdone, and the home fries are very tasty, with a generous portion. Friendly wait staff, and reasonable prices. Five stars!

This is by far the best and our favorite diner we’ve ever been to. The breakfast is especially exceptional (the best french toast of all time). We visit at least once a week and it’s always warm and welcoming. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy amazing food and always very friendly service. The prices are extremely reasonable and the menu has a great variety of yummy food; from really amazing salads to hot comfort foods to the best club sandwiches and wraps! My favorite is the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes. And they always have a great list of homemade desserts, along with really great coffee! I have no problem spending the money to support an incredible, locally owned business to get great, fresh, delicious food!

I've never had a bad experience at Gram's. The food is top-notch (try the bacon cheeseburger poutine!), the servers are always friendly and timely, and the atmosphere is chill and relaxed. Not a fan of the country music, but that's my thing, not yours. Definitely worth visiting, repeatedly!
