Coffee Fever

The croissant was flaky, light, and buttery. The sausage was delicious! The meaty skillet was beyond savory! The coffee was hands down the best cup of coffee I have ever had! The customer service…outstanding. After a 12 mile hike yesterday, this was exactly what we needed! Thank you!

This place serves BEST coffee ever! And the pies are delicious- not sweet - just right! A beautiful place- if you are passing by on Route 3 or staying in town- come by and taste delicious food!

Great, cozy place with full of great folks! Great coffee with breakfast. They even have playroom, great selection of arts and books! It was a nice getaway from our muddy campsite. Will be definitely back when we come camping!

Wow! I stopped in quick on my way through Star Lake. I was immediately welcomed and everyone inside was incredibly friendly. Their coffee was delicious and looked like a great menu that I want to try. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely will be back when I pass through town :)

What a delightful and exceptional "find". On our travel home from kayak camping we stopped here for lunch, coffee, and a treat. The food was exceptional, coffee delicious and properly prepared (European style cortado - yay!) and the baked good was scrumptious. Friendly staff and cozy space. highly recommend.

The building is unexpectedly large, with a comfy lounge. Friendly service all around. Very good prices and portions with tastes that don't disappoint. They have great bagels!

We ALWAYS stop here on our way back and forth from syracuse to Lake Placid. Wonderful freshly made sandwiches and snacks and good coffee. Perfect little road trip stopover - definitely should make a visit here. So glad for this little gem.

Coffee Fever is a great destination if you are anywhere near the Cranberry Lake region of the ADK. It is everything you would expect from an independent coffee shop in a city, yet somehow maintained out in the beautiful wilderness of the area. The coffee and food is great, the baked dessert items are outstanding. Wed they have fry cake doughnuts, don't miss them

It's a wonderful place to sit with your friends and have good conversation. The coffee beverages are wonderful, as are the meals and desserts. I don't have any young children, but, I've never seen anyone bring young children here. That's not a bad thing, and it's too bad that one person writes a bad review over them not having the accommodations for children in a place where adults meet for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I am an older adult and have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful to myself and the other patrons. Come and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Personal quality always makes for a wonderful experience.

First time eating here. Stopped here to this diner in with nothing else around for miles, but a true gem. From low prices to amazing service, I really liked this place, but it was the amazing food and coffee that will have me driving 45mins back for more!

Coffee fever has be come a home away from home. My children are created like rockstar as they rush upstairs to the playroom. The staff and locals are friendly. The coffee and food is great. Highly recommend.

We saw this on our way to a weekend camping trip in Cranberry Lake and decided to try it on our way home. My boyfriend dropped me off while he got gas across the street and the service was so fast that I got our order before he even started pumping gas! The lemon poppyseed muffin was delicious, and he said that it was one of the best coffees he's had. Definitely stopping here every time we pass through!

This place was so cute! We stopped in on our drive from Lake Placid back to Rochester, NY and I was SO excited to discover that the ice cubes in my iced coffee were COFFEE ice cubes! I'll be stopping here every time I make the drive!
