Phillips Free Library

They have a large selection of books and if by chance they don't have it they offer to try to get it for you. Very friendly staff and very helpful

I've been coming here to print for over a year and the library looks really nice the librarians are really friendly and helpful the equipment runs good and is easy to use. Would recommend.

Friendly local library in a beautiful historic building. They have a beautiful children's section as well as young adult and adult reading. There are summer reading programs and many family oriented programs throughoutthe year. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable

This is a great library located in a beautifully maintained historic building. Their staff orchestrate a variety of fun and educational programs for patrons of all ages. There’s an excellent selection of books and they are connected to the Finger Lakes library system so patrons can obtain even more titles and have them delivered to the local library.

Small library but a great selection and very kind staff. All the amenities of a big city library in a small town. Also has a food pantry for those in need.
