We are over the moon with Joseph Rivers work. We had our dining room, hallway, upstairs landing stripped and painted. The workers, Matt and KayKay(unsure of spelling), were communicative and extremely hardworking. We look forward to using them again for a long list of work needed in our home.

Just had Joseph Rivers Painting paint the interior of my new home in NY. They did a fantastic job. They were there when they said they would be. Just focused on my job (not juggling several jobs at once like some contractors do). Meticulous about prepping the walls and the painting itself. Used high quality paint and materials. Left things clean and tidy at the end of each day and upon completion. Friendly crew. Very reasonable cost. And they finished up a day earlier than planned (without sacrificing quality of work). I'd hire them again in a minute. 5 start rating from me!

I had the best experience with Joseph Rivers Painting. The employees did amazing work white washing my fireplace and painting the 2 ledges and priming them. They also performed the best painting on 2 of my rooms, a living room, a hallway, doors, and sanded and painted my staircase railings!!! The workers were very pleasant and patient with me having multiple children running around! They did such a tremendous job that my home looks brand new. I fully plan on requesting them again at the end of summer to complete my downstairs! The price was more then reasonable. Thank you Joseph Rivers Painting! Job well done

Joseph Rivers was one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The entire crew was courteous, hard-working, and detail oriented. They were always on time and thorough in all aspects of the job. There was only one small hiccup during the entire job and it was handled smoothly and efficiently. I highly, highly, recommend this painting company.

I had 5 rooms done. They did a fantastic job, ceiling, walls trim including some damage repair. No surprise extras at the end. What they said it would cost is what I paid. Very happy. Much better job than I would have done myself, worth it. A bit more dust than I was expecting but it shows in the final result. We have never had contractors who would work on weekends or holidays. This crew, which varied between 7 and up to 21 workers, were here over the July 4th holiday. We were so impressed at the thoroughness of the job from start to finish. The attention to detail was impressive. John bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the results.

The JRP team gave our 1930s colonial new life! We have used them for both interior painting and exterior painting of our newly purchased historical home that was in desperate need of some love.

What really sets them apart is the extensive prep work. They spent days scraping, priming and prepping. We waited months for them to come after booking and I can confidently say it was worth the wait to have the job done well. We live in a historical neighborhood, with many houses in similar condition to ours, and I’ve witnessed other paint crews work on neighbors’ houses and no one else compares in terms of quality of preparatory work and finish. They may not be the lowest quote but you really do get what you pay for. Given how the work is done it is really an investment. The foreman was very helpful and took pride in the work! I know that I could call them back if I had any issues and they would be responsive and make it right.

I would 10000% hire again and recommend to anyone! Thank you so much JRP team for making our home shine again!

Last week, we had our entire downstairs painted by DJ and his crew of several workers. The job included repairs to our textured kitchen ceiling which had a gaping hole from water damage, cracks in walls and nails which had surfaced over the years. When the job was finished the paint job was so professional, the repairs were perfect and our house looked brand new. The workers were extremely professional, respectful and hard working. To say they "over delivered" is an understatement, as they exceeded our expectations in every way and amazingly did the entire job in 2 1/2 days. They even took care of rehanging everything from curtain rods and curtains, blinds, as well as wall hangings. Just amazing! We definitely recommend Joseph Rivers Painting and will use them again!

I own a landscape design build company and have been in business for 15 years. I asked them to paint the front of our building. They fit me in to one of the last warm and dry days we had. They filled cracks and holes in the brick. They completed the painting process from beginning to end in 1 day. Excellent crew. Thanks

Joe and his team painted my Inn in Groton and did a fantastic job; the team led by John were very professional and thorough; they did a high quality job and cleaned up each day; I recommend them very highly. They will paint my private home in the Spring.

Extremely pleased with the finished project. Everyone on the crew was polite, hard working and a pleasure to be around. Joe and Bill were always quick to respond to any correspondence. When the job started, Bill & crew arrived early and worked all day. They kept that same pace for two more days, always arriving early and working hard in the heat to complete the job. They didn't cut any corners and the finished project is amazing. All and all very pleased with the whole experience and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Joseph Rivers Painting has done a couple of different jobs for us. They did exterior painting of our entire house and then a couple of years later our kitchen cabinets. Joe is very responsive, professional and offers a quality service. I was happy to see he made sure they started our job and finished the job within the timeframe promised. He communicates regularly with the customer and I did not worry about leaving his staff in my house when I was working. They were polite, respectful and great guys.
