I never goes wrong when it comes to chapli kebab. Most favorite among all type of kebabs. It’s somewhat difficult to find it as you go south. So, I had to try it. Very reasonably priced. Three big Patties, plentiful rice, side salad and sauces all for about 15 bucks. Taste was as I had expected. Very well seasoned and moderately spicy. Overall, I’ll return it in the area.

My first time there, and I'm kicking myself that I haven't visited sooner. I had chicken and my husband had beef, and we shared. All the food was so tender and flavorful. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time at Sarinas. I got the Chicken Gyro lunch with Beef Sambosas. The flavor was delicious, it smelled amazing, and I'm so excited to go back and try more! The sauces complimented the meal as well. The white sauce and red hot sauce were my two favorites.

Very delicious halal food. You enter the restaurants and the smell of the food makes you hungry 😋. They cook my order freshly. Price is moderate definitely we going back.

I went in on a quiet Saturday, and they fed me so well! The food was absolutely delicious - chicken kofta and a crispy scallion bolani, with bread. Definitely going back. Just the rice was amazing!

We tried the family combo for four and a falafel sandwich. The food was flavorful and everyone enjoyed it. I ordered the food for takeout on the premise and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time as they prepared it fresh. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. We will definitely try again.

Sarinas Afghan Cuisine is delicious!!! Our starters and dinners were delicious!!! The lamb shank couldn't have been more tender and the lentils, chicken curry, and other sides were amazing! Outstanding services, everyone was so kind and welcoming, we get treated like family. The pink tea for desert was also out of this world. Highly recommended and will be back soon!!! A++++++¥

I'm upset I didn't know about this place before, since it's so close to where I live. The staff here is extremely hospitable, and the food is both filling and tasty. The price point is great for the amount of food that you get, and I highly recommend you try their tea. Parking could be a bit tough if the street is packed, but that's not a big deal. As soon as we left, we both agreed that we would have to bring our in-laws here on a return trip. I'd highly recommend trying this place if you haven't been here before.

We came here on our way home from Bear Mountain State Park and it was the perfect spot. The food was well seasoned and tasted delicious. We had both the potato and scallion appetizers and the combo. The service was good too and I’m glad to have found such a lovely halal spot (they let us pray in the restaurant too!). Would totally go back!

Great place. If you are a newbie, definitely get one of the combos. They come with chicken and lamb kebab and delicious rice. I don't know what they do to the rice but it is simply amazing. I find it tastier than actual meat. So, it is definitely a place to go.

Authentic Afghan food (as far as I know anyway), delicious lunch. So far it's a nice secret and quiet place! Friendly and courteous wait staff - appears to be family owned and run. If you're looking for a tasty and mildly spicy treat this is your place to go!

Amazing food. Excellent service. Randomly tried other dishes and still haven't been dissappointed whether it be the food or service. The owners make you feel right at home. Very affordable and delicious. Highly recommend you check out this gem

Awesome is the word that sums this place up! Where do I begin? The food is so good that it will make you think about working there so that you can get some more of that delicious food!
- Service is friendly and fast
- Menu has a lot of variety so there is always something new to try
- If you choose to dine-in, they have 3 sauces on each table, white sauce, green sauce and spicy red sauce, and there is a lot of them too, so don't feel shy!
- I had Combo #2 and Combo #3 which has lamb, chicken and a kofta (which you choose to be chicken or beef) and everything was awesome! definitely should get combos if it's your first time just to get a taste of everything.
-Portion sizes are good, not too much so that you can't finish it
- Did I mention that they have KASHMIRI TEA!?? Yup, it is amazing. The pink tea really has a light, aromatic smell and is sweetened just right, not too sweet.
Definitely give this place a try and you won't regret it. I haven't tried everything on the menu but the items that I have tried have left my taste buds in a happy place.

I will mention that the parking can get a little bit tricky. It's only a 15 min parking if you park on Lafayette avenue, but if you park on Suffern place (one of the intersections of Lafayette avenue), then there is a 2 hour parking limit, which should be enough time.

I went there with a group of friends. Food there is top notch. We enjoyed a variety of their dishes. The hostess was very warm and welcoming. She guided us through the menu and helped decide what to try, so we ended up trying different dishes. They were all delicious. We also tried Kashmiri chai which was super delicious. The desserts were lipsmacking. All in all a wonderful experience for us group of friends. The seating and ambience is basic but very comfortable and they more than make it up with the quality of food and warmth.

Delicious food, clean and nicely decorated space, great service. Went with my family and we will go back. Youngest had a burger and fries. Meat is well-spiced, aromatic, and yummy.
