I bought a 1/4 cow, they were fast and accurate with the cuts, worked with me on specific cuts I wanted. They called me on a Thursday, beef was ready that Friday. Pick up was Monday for me. Very friendly and helpful, answered all questions I had, to the best of their knowledge. Highly recommended for slaughtering and butchering needs.

Always great job, except they always seem to loose part of our meat. This time 2 weeks went buy after picking up the pig I had processed and they call and say we found your breakfast sausage. Now it's a 50 min drive each way. This has happened on 3 different occasions.
