First time buyer and would buy from again. Provided plenty of extra pictures upon request and worked with my schedule. Great crew of people to work with and filled the truck to the brim with fuel before I left the dealership, which I have never received from any other dealership in the past, especially with the prices we are paying with the Biden regime.
They drove my truck up from Florida and I drove it back for a family trip a week after purchase and I put on 2600 miles on the truck in less than a week and a half with a grin ear to ear and no problems!

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our truck. I did a lot of research and narrowed it down, literally to Prestige Auto only. Contacted them about the specific truck we were interested in and set up a time for a test drive. Once we arrived, the vehicle was close to the shop and ready for us immediately. Totally enamored with the truck online, we fell in love on the test drive. Proceeded to let them know we’d be contacting our bank and get the process rolling. All said and done, we were able to pick the truck up about 10 minutes before closing, this being a total 4 day process due to our financial institution. In the end, smooth sailing. The wonderful men that own and operate this facility, went above and beyond in ours eyes ensuring their quality of customer service. What a great place. They were so helpful answering questions about vehicles I know very little about. A very nice lineup of used trucks in their parking lot. Great place. One look at that truck and I was sure that had to follow me home. And it did.

I had stopped in at Prestige Auto to inquire about a Ram 2500 I had interest in and had the pleasure to work with Jason. Asked a bunch of questions and looked the truck over well along with took it for a test drive. I decided to trade my current truck in for the truck and it was a breeze. Both Jason and Tom where stand up guys and very nice to me during the whole process. After owning the truck for a short period of time I noticed some bad clunking noises coming from directly under the drivers side. I took the truck into my trusted shop I have been going to for years and had them diagnose the issue. Come to find out the front drive shaft was shot and about to cause some serious damage. I am thankful I caught it when I did. I called Jason and told him about the issue and they opted to cover the whole bill. I can’t say enough about the great hassle free customer service and kindness they had treated me with. I would definitely recommend Prestige Auto for your next vehicle purchase.

Shopped around extensively before deciding on a truck from Prestige. Was there twice for test drives. These guys were great. No pressure, no hassling me or texting/emailing me daily to see if I've decided on their truck. They weren't on a mission to convince me this was the truck I needed--they told me to take all the time I need and recognized this was a big decision for me and they wanted it to be the right truck for what I was looking for. Other dealerships were relentless in their pursuit of selling me a vehicle, in the high-pressure, won't leave you alone kind of way. Didn't get that vibe at all here, which I personally appreciate very much. The tailgate had an issue the day after I bought it, but they told me to come back and they fixed it in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with my buying experience with Prestige, and even more satisfied with my new truck!

I unreservedly recommend Prestige Auto Sales if you're looking for a good used vehicle. I drove about 100 miles there, looking for a very hard-to-find truck. Now, Prestige would be at the top of my list and I'd make the trip again for the excellent qualities of this dealership.

First, the shopping experience was excellent. Their sales approach was amazingly low pressure. Jason made himself available when I needed and he answered every question knowledgeably, but he left me alone to carefully examine the truck and to take two extended test drives. I probably spent 4 hours focused on one vehicle. Despite my "rules" for used cars, I bought the truck that day relying on Prestige's statements about its condition and I've never had cause to second guess that decision. After 11 months and nearly 23,000 miles, I have yet to uncover a problem with the truck and its performance has exceeded my expectations. My only investments have been routine oil changes, a tonneau cover and a spray-in bed liner. The post-sale experience was also very positive - the dealership handled the closing paperwork and formalities efficiently and professionally.

Second, the quality of the dealership is matched by the quality of the purchase. I felt then that I'd paid a fair price for my truck, but it's proven such a great performer that now I think I got an exceptional deal. As advertised, it's done heavier work effortlessly (towing a horse team, hauling full loads long distance, and pulling stumps). It's made several >1000 mile freeway drives in amazing comfort. Love this truck.

I am from out of state and bought a work van just from the pics online. The description was accurate, the photos were many and representative of the van. They were straightforward and upfront about everything.
It was easy to buy a vehicle from these people...they were upfront about everything and very likeable.
Then the ride home...there was an issue. A rather significant issue. I will not go into specifics as every deal and situation is different, but halfway home in my 5hr journey and I am potentially stranded.
I call them just to let them know and to get a recommendation for what to do.
They set me up with a local tow and repair shop, and they were fast in getting to me.
Needless to say, I made it home, the work van made it home, and here I am thinking these guys held all the cards in this situation, and I walked away from all of this knowing I was treated more than fair.
Definitely gonna keep this company's info for future purchases. Thanks again!

Well I had a very good experience here. I was there last week to look at a truck and test drive it, they weren't pushy at all. I was able to look at the truck without being bothered. Everyone I delt with was very nice and friendly and easy to talk too. Then today I went back and bought that same truck for a great price. They are great to work with and I would most definitely go back and buy another vehicle from them.

We bought a truck sight unseen by phone and wire transfer from out of state. Jason made the process easy and he was super friendly. Then we flew there to retrieve. Jeff actually met us at the airport after hours to hand it over for our return travel. Excellent service! So truthworthy! And the truck is in great condition! The online pictures were spot on. A very helpful staff and quite a few trucks to choose from! Jason was very helpful. I test drove three trucks and chose a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. The next day, after signing papers at my credit union, we (me and my fiance) came back. We spent all of fifteen minutes there signing papers and Jason even transferred my plates and hitch. And off we went in my new truck! Special thanks to Jason and Tom for their service. I had the pleasure of working with Justin and Tom this week. What a low-stress group of guys to purchase my family's next vehicle from. I contacted Prestige via internet on Monday evening, had a response on Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I was test driving the vehicle. Justin allowed me to drive the vehicle home for my family to see. In the meantime, Tom laid out all of the finance work. When I returned the car I knew what the value of my trade in was going to be, how much an extended warranty might cost me, and ultimately what my monthly payments would be. Tuesday evening I left a small down payment, to show interest in purchasing. On Wednesday morning Tom helped me handle some of the work over the phone. As he shared with me the previous day, when I arrived on Wednesday afternoon with my family to pick up our new vehicle, we had about 45 minutes worth of necessary paperwork. My wife and I felt VERY comfortable in this MEGA clean shop. When the time comes to replace our other vehicle, Prestige will be at the top of my list. Stress free and easy to work with. It doesn't get much better.

We purchased a truck from this dealership the end of December. The entire staff was friendly and very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Even a few weeks after we purchased our truck they were very responsive to our questions. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed on the truck when we purchased it and they went out of their way to accommodate getting those things resolved without inconveniencing us in anyway. We will definitely be back for our next purchase.

These guys were great to deal with. I did my research on KBB and the Truck I bought was under the average and they gave me a great trade in value. The vehicles I wanted to see were ready when I arrived and they were a very patient and helpful crew. I loved that they didn’t try to persuade me on my choice. Fantastic post-sales support...vehicle had a mechanical issue that was previously undetected. Tom was easy to communicate with and got the problem taken care of as fast as he could. Bought a 2002 Ford F-150 King Ranch from them a little over a month and a half ago and have loved it since. We've had no problems with it and are very happy with the truck. Would definitely go back to shop for my second truck.
