Very nice experience. Easy to get to off PGA Blvd, parking right up front. When you walk in it is very clean and welcoming. Everything is very organized in the entire store.

The manager was very informative and had a GREAT attitude. It was refreshing actually. Food variety also a plus in this place. Prices very reasonable.

Down to the food, I had the steak and sweet potatoes last night, with the pesto sauce and OMG it was so tasty! I was shocked how much I liked it.

I highly recommended giving this place a try. I was spending 22-30 a day having door dash deliver my food to work and wasn't as tasty as this food.

Food is fresh and delicious and prices cheaper than McDonald's. Delivered to your door. A+ meatballs, sweet potato fries, stuffed shells, chicken, salmon, wings. Containers look small, but portions are good size, and I'm a big guy. Ty.

The actual best thing is that there is no membership to force you into. It’s like a grocery store for pre made meals! Order ahead so they don’t run out, but the food is great. The price is even better! Seriously thank you for saving me hundreds and loads of time. Also the chocolate protein muffins are to die for. Oh and they have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options!

I dropped by ideal nutrition this past Monday to try see if meal kits would work for me. I've been very impressed so far!. I picked up 5 meals for my work lunches and I've enjoyed every single one that I've tried thus far. The attendants were very nice and helpful. Just fyi there's a lot of people who choose delivery/pickup apparently so the stock seems to go pretty quickly. Their restock days are Sunday/Wednesday if that helps you decide on when to stop by. Quick, painless and pretty affordable. ! I'll be back!

It all started with a warm welcome by the staff. A very nice selection of food. The portions were perfect and there is a variety to select from.

Ideal nutrition is hands down the best meals in south florida. There is always so many options and all the staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend trying. Once you do, you will be hook for life I know I am.

I absolutely love the meals! I have yet to find one that I didn't enjoy. The food is fresh, very tasty and so convenient to make, especially on days when I juat don't feel like cooking.

I appreciate the friendliness of the driver. The texts indicating his arrival time is a big help so that I have my bag ready for him. When he arrives, he always greets me with a smile on his face. I also, have never had a problem with the temperature of the products when I receive them.

Love the idea of being able to walk in a pick from a variety of refrigerated fresh meals. Use the microwaves onsite and eat inside or in the courtyard. Dine here often with my wife. Health care workers get a discount and the only competition seems to be grab and go at gas stations and the hit or miss at Publix.

My go-to meal prep service when I can't meal- prep myself... Which is often.

I enjoy most of the meals. I rarely have problems with pick up or delivery.

I only had an issue with 2 meals I've ordered (out of about 60 so far) and I was quickly refunded without a problem.

Great menu and fantastic prices. I'm a single guy and I eat out almost 100% of the time. For 8 dollars a meal you can't go wrong. It's good quality food and it's all preloaded in MyFitnessPal for easy tracking.

Very tasty food, excellent quality items! The bbq shredded steak with Mac and cheese is my favorite!

Food is delicious - customer service great - I highly recommend this for quick, delicious and healthy meals. Budget friendly and a large variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner options including vegan paleo and gluten free items. Watch the dates as several items should have been reduced due to the eat or freeze by date which was within a few days of when we purchased. Otherwise - fantastically delicious

This place has been amazing. The food is wonderful, the staff is so patient and kind. My mom had knee replacement surgury and cooking 3 meals a day is too much.
