Sent them pictures of my water heater, they set a time and came out promptly. Great service reasonable price

Called today to make an appointment, and was told to call back if I didnt hear anything within 30 minutes. I understand this is a busy time, so I waited over an hour before calling back. Was curtly told "well we already paged it out to them". I explained that I had been instructed to call back, and was told "well we will send it out again".
It's now more than 7 hours after my original call, and I have yet to receive a response at all. I called someone else who wanted the business.
