Just now got our new furnace installed. We were offered the 2 cycle style. It doesn’t kick on both burners unless it’s cold outside. Angie is amazing and worked with us so we didn’t have to put the full balance on our credit card. Micheal and explained everything about the furnace in great detail. Thank you for the great work!!!

Had HVAC system replaced. Excellent experience. The work was done in a very timely manner. Michael, the installer is as professional as they come. Everything was thoroughly explained. I felt the price and the product were excellent. I wanted to stay local so there would always be some one nearby for service. Would give 10 stars if I could. I went to have my old furnace serviced before the winter and was told the heater core was cracked and it was unfixable. Not only did Drolls give me a fast and fair quote (they showed up 20 minutes after I called them to get a quote) but they were able to work around my schedule in order to get it installed. Angie does a great job as well making sure everything goes great with every job. I plan to recommend them to anyone I know in the future for heating and cooling needs. Thanks again!

Very professional company. We had central A/C installed in our home. The guys explained their process, answered questions and did a great job! Reasonably priced and easy to work with!

excellent, friendly service (didn't sell me on things i didn't need), arrived quickly, and reasonable cost for repairs. they got a customer for the future here. They are the only call i'd make.

UPDATE 6/2/2023: Called and they said they would fix it on 5/31/2023, still no responce. First imma start with if i could put 0 stars i would but i cant! My step mom had drolls put in a brand new a/c heating unit it's been 9 years now. For 1 she over paid for the unit by 5k, and she paid extra to put a 10 year warranty on it because she paid so much money for it. Skip to last summer I call because the a/c unit stopped working and the lady told me that since I am not my step mom she ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT honor the 10 year warranty because I am not my step mom! So unprofessional!
