I ordered an omelet with home fries with onions with a little crisp. Came.out perfect.

Tim is a great server. I am glad he waits on me every time I come I love.the service and the food.

The pineapple and chicken teriyaki sandwich was perfectly cooked, and an amazing combination of flavors that I would happily order again. (photos attached)

A friend ordered a turkey club. They used well cooked, real turkey which added that home made flavor other dining establishments only dream of recreating.

The sweet potato pie, was flavorful and leaps beyond what one can typically acquire in a grocery store. My taste buds were satisfied.

My only regret is that it is a few states away from where I reside... Otherwise, I could easily see becoming a regular.

Went when they were pretty busy and still received my food quickly. The waiter was friendly and with a small location you get a more personal service. Where this restaurant really shines is its desserts, the Buckeye pie slice we had was delicious and was big enough for 3 people to share. I would highly recommend this place to any tourists as you aren't going to find much better.

I honestly judged a book by its cover too quickly here. I was a little concerned when I walked in because the place needs a little updating. But the food more than made up for it. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was GREAT. If you're in the area and in the food for some AWESOME ma and pop diner food this is the place !!!

Our group of 12 stopped in for lunch on tour this week. This is a great place! Fabulous service with a smile, great food in large quantities and at good prices. Everything from soup to perch sandwiches to salads to buckeye pie was terrific. You guys rock!

Great local place that has the kind of atmosphere that makes it a local family owned restaurant. Found it by random chance and intend to make it a place to go each time our group is in the area.

We love trying new places, and not always chain locations. This was a pleasant surprise. Reminiscent of how restaurants once were in looks and atmosphere. Smaller in scale. Breakfast was tasty!

I'm from Michigan and was at kahalari and stopped here before going home and omg I'll forever come here every time I'm on town which is often about 5 times a year. I loved their southwest salad so much I ordered 2 to go. Their meatloaf and red sauce was absolutely delicious. I love this family dinner so much..chef's kiss

Great local joint with friendly people running and serving in this place. Food is always good and my family eat here whenever we are in town and need a good place for breakfast or lunch. English muffin sandwich is so good, pancakes are light and fluffy, home fries are plentiful; you won't leave here hungry and your wallet will thank you for not emptying it out.

We had a group of 18 including 4 small children, no reservation, and they closed in an hour. No hesitation to get us a table. They were very welcoming, they even had toys and books for the kids. Service was great as well as the food. Prices were great also. I would recommend the walleye or perch sandwich and the cappuccino is great as well.

The staff is incredibly nice. The food exceeded my expectation. Everything I tasted that they made was pretty delicious but what stole the show was the pork chop. They did an incredible job with their pork chop. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

This is the first time my husband and I visited this little charm in Sandusky Ohio.
I ordered the Chucken Club Grinder and my husband ordered the Italian Grinder. Both were on warm ciabatta bread. The ingredients on the Chicken Club Grinder were fresh and consisted of: bacon, crispy chicken (you can get grilled chicken too), lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I had them put a slice of American cheese on mine. Let me tell you it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time.
The Italian Grinder had lettuce, ham, Salami, tomato, yellow peppers, with Italian dressing. My husband chose to have the dressing on the side. It too was on warm ciabatta bread. The sandwich was hot and not cold. My said it was very good and he would order it again.
The place is small but we'll worth eating there. We will go back there soon. I give it a 5 star rating even though we had to wait a little bit to have our order taken as the owner seem to be the cook and server.

Awesome food and friendly service! All food is made from scratch by the owner. Our family of 6 from Georgia went here for lunch based on a recommendation from a local. It exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great homemade food.

Food was really good. I had the hot beef plate which comes with mashed potatoes! I also thought the waitress was really nice and the place was clean. I go here often

Seen a small restaurant while getting gas and decided to try it. 6 hungry grown men walked in and had great service and great food. Menu was surprisingly extensive and all the food was priced perfect. Well definitely had back when we're in the area.
