Great price and very friendly staff.

We needed a close to home and decent priced place to store our belongings when life was just going all wrong for us. Sondra did everything in her power to make at least this part of our life as easy as possible. She went out of her way to help us in any way that she could during our move in and move out. There are cameras and locked gates to the facility so we knew that our belongings would be safe and secure, and we could be at ease with our decision. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to store their belongings.

Sandra was really nice and helpful over the phone. When I got there I was able to view the unit I'd be renting and do the required paperwork within 30 mins. As of right now this company is great and I have a good feeling about it as a whole!

Sondra is a great manager. I needed a unit pretty bad a couple months back and she helped me out big time. Will definitely be back if I need another unit!!!

Facility/units are kept very nice. Our storage unit is dry and not musty smelling. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The facility is kept secure. Have never had any issues with this storage company.

My family and I are from Michigan..we moved here on a rainy, muddy day, had gotten lost...the day was a hot mess! At least getting the contract for storing our belongings at Sandusky Self Storage was easy and straightforward. The owner was a no nonsense woman who got us settled up and on our way!
When we got ready to leave with our belongings a few months later, no problem there either. There was some kind of promotion in place when we moved in and Sandusky Self Storage honored it to the letter when we left like they said they would....and they could have played us! We wasn't from here and didn't really know anybody... Good place to do business with.

The absolute best staff. The manager, Sondra, will always go out of her way to make sure your needs are accommodated and you are satisfied.

I Needed a storage unit for a week. The people here are wonderful, they totally worked with me and arranged for me a unit for the time I needed it without costing me an arm and a leg. What a blessing to have good people left in this world.

Love the staff. Always pleasant in person and on the phone. 24 hour access to the storage unit. No problems at all. 😊

I reserved 2 storage units and after unexpected living situation...we had to get 2 more units. The storage was actually closed but was allowed me to put items in and I paid on Monday. What a life saver.

Nice, clean place.....they were very helpful in answering all my questions....when my storage door couldn't come down.... they were there in a mater of minutes..
