I highly recommend Ohio Self Storage!! Zach is wonderful to work with. We just recently rented our second unit with him. He was very prompt on getting us into our unit the same day. Very quick to return phone calls. Units are very neat and clean.

It is with great ease that I write this review and give 5 stars. My initial contact with Ohio Self Storage was almost 12 years ago, Zach was very attentive to my needs at that time and met them with a spirit of excellence. 12 years later after a disastrous fire in which we lost pretty much everything I found myself in need of storage again and to my rescue was Diane and Zach.Zach was gracious several weeks later to check on our well being which really humbled me. I am grateful for a safe secure place to store my things in order for us to rebuild and start fresh.

I recently moved from Jacksonville Florida to Sandusky Ohio and needed a storage unit for the majority of my furniture and other household related items. I called Ohio Self Storage before the move and they were able to accommodate my needs. The process was simple and easy and handled very professionally with just a simple phone call. Through text messages and emails I was able to rent an appropriate size unit. Payment and all related details that come with the unit was taken care in less than a half hour.

Upon arrival a few weeks later, everything was just as explained to me. The unit was clean and easy to access and use.

Ohio self storage is a great place. 24 hour access gated and with cameras. Very reasonable storage units. I feel very comfortable renting from Zach. He is also very helpful anytime I have forgotten my code all I did was call and he got the code for me fast. Thank you very much Zach.

Currently, I am an Ohio Self Storage customer at the Hayes Avenue place. It’s nice and large. I’ve been to quite a few storage places and it’s better than all of them in terms of size and price per storage. It’s very clean and has onsite cameras. I’ve been a customer for years and find Zack perfect to work with. He helps the customer work through any problems they might have at the place and makes sure the customer is comfortable storing their belongings there. You definitely know that he enjoys doing business with you.
