I was absolutely thrilled to see a local shop with such Great selection of gunpla most places carry few master grades and the rest is HG and RG, it's refreshing to see a larger selection especially since I was able to finally get the sazabi ver. Ka at msrp. I'll always support a local shop before I shop online. I'll be back forsure

Made an online order that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to a small stocking mistake. Fortunately, the staff was very kind, very helpful, explained exactly what had happened, and refunded me immediately. I promptly made another another order and it arrived fast in perfect condition. Their prices are great and their shipping is reasonable. If you are able to visit in person I can see no downsides from shopping here rather than online. This is a fantastic business with great customer service. I will be ordering from Haven Hobby far more often.

Small space with great selection of supplies and models (especially Gunpla and Macross). The prices aren't bad at all, and the owner is super knowledgeable and helpful if you ask about anything. Will definitely be coming back!

You wouldn't know from how hard this place is to notice from the outside but it is an absolute gem of a store run by a man dedicated to the craft.

Thrilled beyond belief that my boyhood hangout has been reborn. While not exactly the Slot Shop, I think that the hobby is in good hands.

Owner Matt, and his son are walking history books on not just the hobby, but racing lore itself! Absolutely fantastic shop!!! Prices are excellent, advice through the roof,tips are plentiful, service is excellent, old time atmosphere! I use Haven Hobby through Messenger because I live where there is no local hobby shop and the nearest Hobby Lobby is 50 miles away. In the past I have purchased things from China, Australia, and Europe, but I take all the risk and do all the work. At Haven Hobby, I am connected to a real person and can find out what is in stock, what can be ordered, and at great prices. They ship to me over 1000 miles away and I always get my order in just a few days. They have an excellent selection of kits and accessories, paint, etc, and even give advise and heads-up on kit quality and reviews. Its the simplest way for me to get what I want, and Justin is a great guy to work with--always very helpful and patient. I recommend them 100% and they have made my hobby more enjoyable!

First off, this store had the best selection of Gundam there I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they also have a TON of armor and automotive kits as well. A good selection of paints ranging from Tamiya sprays to GSI Creos “Mr Hobby” metal colors. They also carry various other things like scribers, tools, hobby/modeling magazines, and even PLA plate, which is very hard to find at other hobby stores.
I will mention that the storefront is small, but they manage to cram so much stuff into what limited space they have. Now because of this, they don’t have other things like collectible figures, RC cars, D&D miniatures, or other model kit types like Bandai “Figure Rise” or the Pokémon PokePla (unlike other hobby shops like HobbyTown). But, to be honest, the positive and relatable staff make up for that. When I go to HobbyTown I tend to feel a bit uncomfortable because they have a more uptight atmosphere, but at Haven, I felt right in my element. The guy at the counter (who I assume is the owner) was chilling with three of his relatives/employees. They all felt approachable and were very friendly. Owner even told me about how often he gets Gunpla stock which is honestly super helpful and makes me want to come back to the store to check their new stock.

Fantastic hobby shop, a true haven for any plastic scale model builder. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on kits and modeling techniques. Very friendly atmosphere. Great selection of kits ranging from Tamyia to Airfix and Academy. Highly recommend.

This small hobby is a heaven sent. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help out with any questions you might have. They have a wonderful selection of models and tools for modeling. Everything is reasonably priced.

Slot car racing! Hell yeah!! Still keeping it alive after all these years! This place is a monster, bring your balls when you come... also your slot car. Bring that too. You'll need it to reclaim your balls after losing them in defeat!
