Matthew Callaghan, who assisted us, was readily accessible throughout the whole process. My mother and I initially stopped by his office, intending to just make an appointment, but Mr. Callaghan was so accommodating that he stopped what he was doing and sat down with us to begin the process.

He sent the documents for review, and he answered my questions in a manner that was easy for me to understand. Once a very minor revision was made, we visited the office a second time so my mother could sign the documents.
