Waters Edge Resort at Bear Lake

Great location and amazing views from our rooms. The staff at Waters Edge was amazing and extremely accommodating. Made life simple! Will definitely be back!

I decided to book a hotel after we decided on staying the night at bear lake last minute. I didn’t think we would get such a luxurious place to stay at such last moments notice. It was such an easy process and the owner was very kind and easy to work with. My favorite thing about Waters Edge Resort besides it being actually STUNNING (the fireplace, king size beds and balconies outside each room with a beautiful view of the lake) was that they had NICE shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even tide pods to wash our swimsuits & clothes. We weren’t planning on staying over night and didn’t pack those things so that made it all the better. On top of it being extremely beautiful, luxurious and relaxing it was nice to feel even more comfortable and at home with those commodities. We will DEFINITELY be returning our next trip.

We had a great stay. The condo was awesome and very clean, tons of room and right smack in the middle of town. So easy to check in and access the condo. We ate at Cody's twice (dinner and breakfast) and the food was great both times. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was there was no bedding (no extra sheets or blankets at all) in the condo for the pullout couch. Get some extra bedding in the condo and it will be perfect. FYI the bath tub is draining super super slow, i would have someone get some draino poured down that drain ASAP.

This place was amazing. It was very comfortable and accommodating as well. There is a great restaurant just downstairs to top it off. This place would be perfect for couples coming to visit, the two rooms were large and comfortable. The Icing on the cake hands down were the hosts. They answered all questions I had and I’ll definitely be back!

This is a brand new location that’s still working out some of the kinks… but it’s absolutely beautiful and the minor kinks that needed to be addressed were done with urgency and top notch customer service. We stayed for three nights and would definitely go back again… especially as the property continues to grow!

We were welcomed into our resort with gifts and a beautifully clean environment. I’m quite impressed considering the difficulty of trying to build a resort during a pandemic!

I read some of the negative reviews and felt they were pretty unfair when you consider that development is still underway. And the resort is working hard to provide great experiences to families, despite the unbelievable challenges they’ve faced. Well done, Waters Edge Resort! My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway!

Beautifully decorated, new, quiet and clean! Me, my sister and daughter had a wonderful time staying in one of the condos there. The food at Cody's Restaurant under the condos was excellent as well. Great service and price for a fun weekend getaway!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The whole place was clean! Very good location with easy access to the very cute town.

The house was very clean. It is located close to a marina for quick water toy rental. Close by eateries and small stores for any needed supplies. Had tons of bedding and had many small amenities that made the stay pleasant. Would 100% recommend. Hard to beat a view like that.

We stayed in the Mountain View Condo. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Really easy check-in/check-out process. The condo is perfectly situated downtown. Great place to stay in Bear Lake! We would recommend them.

I have been going to Bear Lake for over 30 years, and the Water's Edge Resort condo was by far my favorite place to stay! The condos are brand new, spacious, well thought out (design, amenities, everything), have amazing views of the lake and mountains, and in a perfect location in Garden City. The condos are the best value we have found up at Bear Lake. Having Cody's Gastro Garage restaurant on site is a huge plus also (great food, ambience, decor, and staff.) We can't wait to get back there!

The Waters Edge has been a great place for our family to stay the past few years! Adam was great to work with and was right on top of everything!

Wow! We had an incredible weekend at Bear Lakke thanks to Water's Edge. The room exceeded our expectations and is nothing like we have seen at the lake before. First class room and exceptional service all the way around! Looking forward to staying here again!

My family spent the weekend in the Lake View condo. We were impressed with how nice and clean the condo is, no complaints. We would stay there again.

The condo itself was amazing and the stay we very enjoyable. We knew the amenities were not done yet, so we went in with correct expectations.

Was upgraded to the Condos due to a problem with our motor lodge room. Outstanding experience!
