Chocolate Bear

This a must stop place when you go to Bear Lake. We stop every time we go up just to get some chocolate covered raspberries. This year I noticed a new raspberry drink and my goodness I couldn’t get enough of it. They sell it pre made there and it is awesome and then they also sell the powder drink mix for it. Stop by and check out the place.

We spent Christmas in Bear Lake and ventured out on Christmas Eve to see if any gift shops were open and this was the only place that was. The sweetest lady was there, dipping raspberries in chocolate and I am SO glad we decided to stop in. My kids loved checking out all of the goodies (there was chocolate covered EVERYTHING in there) and I left with a bag of the chocolate covered raspberries after getting to try one! Loved this shop. So glad she was open and that we got to check it out.

Amazing chocolate and very friendly service! We got a variety of items and loved all of them (chocolate banana chips, chocolate covered pretzel sticks, chocolate almonds, etc...). Highly recommend as the chocolate was very good and made everything it covered better!

We got the chocolate seafoam, peanut butter fudge, walnut fudge. All highly recommended and very tasty! Great atmosphere and staff were excellent to talk to.

One of my favorite places at Bear Lake. Everything is homemade. We love ❤ the Rasberry honey! Also the bottled fruits, jams, and jellies.

This little place is absolutely amazing, I definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the bear lake area! They have fresh fudges and candy but I highly recommend getting some chocolate dipped raspberries they were fantastic!

This is a wonderful little shop. We bought several different treats. I am especially eager to try the Raspberry jalapeno jam. We will definitely be back.

This has become a must-visit place for us every time we come to Bear Lake.

Their chocolate-dipped raspberries are fantastic! Huge berries, and the chocolate is pretty good.

The gift shop also has dozens of other chocolate-dipped options. We’ve tried a few other things, and they are okay. What we come back for is the raspberries.

What could be improved: we’d love it if there were a dark chocolate-dipped option for the raspberries. Also, the store is quite old and a bit run down. It certainly adds to the charm, but it also can feel somewhat poorly-lit and hard to see inside if you’re coming in from a sunny day.

Definitely the best candy shop in Garden City— and don’t even think about walking away without buying the Chocolate Covered Raspberries! SO DELICIOUS! Everything looked homemade, but absolutely scrumptious! We’ll be making several trips back to this store!

The chocolate here was soooo amazing! We walked into here on a whim while we were visiting the area. There were so many goodies! We especially liked the chocolate dipped raspberries, peanut butter fudge, and chocolate dipped rice crispy treats and marshmallows. So tasty!!!♥

Delicious treats. Most of the yummies appear to be homemade. Not sure though. I do know, however that the chocolate covered raspberries are the best thing I have tried in the store. And many others' whom I know seem to love them too. If you are a chocolate lover like myself, you must at least stop in for a treat.

Adorable shop with decor that isn't just seasonal. They have a lot of treat options as well as summer toys.

We've loved all the candy we've tried, but the frozen raspberries and homemade butterfingers are our favorites. Seriously yummy!

The Chocolate Bear is a charming little shop. They offer a wide selection of affordable treats and gifts. In addition, they have an impressive selection of preserves made from local fruits (raspberry, chokecherry, peach, etc.). I purchased a few jars of the Raspberry Jam. The jam is just perfect and a way to bring a little piece a Bear Lake home with me.

Great people. Small store with TONS of homemade goodies inside. All great stuff. But let's be honest..... their chocolate covered raspberries are AMAZING! The main reason I go there. Excellent job Chocolate Bear :)
