After reading some reviews for this store I figured I'd post too. The vibe in this store is always off. No one is ever up front to greet you, no one is ever helpful and quite frankly no one's really friendly either. I usually go to the Vancouver locations but recently moved up this way. But I feel like I'd rather go out of my way to go to the other locations before this one.

Like this store for all my hair needs. I always get a weird vibe when visiting this location; most likely the attitudes of the employees that work there. I enjoy the sales.

I generally love going to cosmoprof, but this store is horrible. The management is rude and unhelpful and their inventory is almost always lacking. I am hard pressed, ever, to find what I need at this store. It's clear from many reviews about this particular store, that nobody gets a good vibe when they come in here and staff is often unhelpful, probably due to its horrible manager, and the manager is snarky and rude, . Not sure why she is still working here. Generally I have to go clear down to Vancouver to get what I need just so I can avoid the dealing with management here and because those stores tend to actually have the inventory that I need in order to run my business. I really wish that this was a better store because it would be so much more convenient for me to go to this location. Oh well, at least I go to Vancouver once or twice a week, so I make it work.

Read the other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one that fills this way. Wish the corporate office would do something about the store.

It absolutely sucks that this is the only beauty supply store out here besides Sally’s.
This cosmo prof is the WORST the employees here are SO unhelpful and the selection sucks. This is the only cosmo prof that I have ever shopped at in the past 8 years that will not order stuff they carry on the website for you to purchase at the store. I wish we had a salon centric or some other competition for them. I’ll try and just stick to shopping out of town from now on.

I would give zero if I could just due to the fact that the woman that works there is absolutely disrespectful. I didn’t get her name so I am not speaking for everyone in there. I came in because I lightened my bags and they didn’t turn out how I wanted my developer and bleach are both very old and it didn’t lift correctly! So they helped me pick out a 10natural Beige to cover it up and told me it should work so I did it and it didn’t look any better so the next day I came in to buy some level 5 to just cover my bangs and match the rest of my hair and as I was checking out she had the nerve to ask me “are you even licensed to do hair?” Are you kidding me??? That is so rude, I have been doing hair for 13 years and currently I’m working in a barbershop so I haven’t been coloring as much and even if I was people make mistakes with their hair it happens, that is very rude and unprofessional to ask someone who’s been coming in their for years to buy products and you have all my info saved you’ve had it saved for years showing I am a licensed cosmetologist!!! I will not be going back there I cannot believe she thought it was okay to talk to a costumer like that especially when she’s the one who recommended I get the 10nb to cover my bangs and clearly didn’t know what she was doing either!!!
