King/Benson Preserve

Beautiful easy hiking trails here, well maintained, well marked trails, maps throughout the area, and a restroom at the parking lot. The parking area is a small lot.

Beautiful walk through, starting at the lot off of snuff mill road. Got to do a nice 1.5 mile loop trail while hearing running water and crossing many creeks along the way. The falls were really neat up close to explore. 🐾 Pupper boy loved it as well. Worth the drive. If you download alltrails app you can plan your route of trails you want to take. That's how we find different spots to park for more scenic enjoyable walks. Get out and enjoy the nature!

It is a very nice hike for bird watching. It is a long hike but totally worth it.

What a beautiful, well kept secret! I parked in the lot off of Snuff Mill Road and walked in to the old girl scout camp. It was mid spring and a beautiful hike. It's kind of ticky at this time of year (May) so be careful.

Wow, what a preserve. The old growth trees with their buttress roots were magnificent. The massive maples, beach, and oak are certainly worth protecting. I am glad we have this little sample of what forests can be if we let them grown.

Great hike! Good for little ones. Wear orange from Sept through Jan. It is a bow hunting location.

Easy trail. Definitely buggy when it's humid. But fun/interesting hike. Has nice composting toilet area.

Absolutely stunning!!! The trail is so calming and beautiful and it leads to a beautiful pond. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Nice hike through the woods. Different landscapes to enjoy. Slightly inclined on the way back from the water. Lots of stone walls.
