Training with Anita was great! she took away my feelings of being anxious and overwhelmed after completing my courses. The information was explained clearly without looking down on the bevy of simple earnest questions that I had during the training course. These last three months have been my first working with the Blanco Agencies. I have to say, it doesn't feel like I'm working tirelessly at a JOB. It feels more like I'm on a MISSION to protect families and keep people safe through the mist of this Pandemic and extremely unsettling time on Earth; Blanco Agencies has given me a platform to be able to fulfill that mission. They really strive to fill their agents with unconditional love and support (something I have never experienced in other work environments). If they see you are willing to give it your ALL they will give you everything they have to make sure you do SUCCEED; specifically Anita Gaskin and Johan Blanco. Those two, along with really the entire company, have been cheering me on through all my wins and also helping me back up from all my falls. Just having a strong support system like that has already allowed me to grow FAR past what I thought I was capable of and THAT is the greatest gift I got from working here.
