What a pleasant little supermarket! Great fresh peaches and nectarines had us coming back every couple days to enjoy on our hikes. Friendly staff and great selection.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place today. Grilled club panini was spot on. Really nice mostly spinach salad on the side. Black tea arrived in less than 10 min and food maybe 20 in after that. The small grocery store next door is very well stocked. Friendly staff in both.

Wonderful, fresh and beautifully prepared plates, coffee that makes you melt, kind servers and an outdoor, treed setting in warm weather.

What a great find! We arrived for breakfast with 6 adults and 3 kids- we were greeted warmly and set up quickly.
Ordered various coffee drinks and all were delicious!

Went there the other day after hiking Wheeler Peak and thoroughly enjoyed it. I believe our waiter's name was Owen and he was a great guy. Took great care of us. Some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. We'll definitely be coming back again!

I have eaten here several times and find their food to be nutritious and good. Their coffee and pastries are top notch. Their health food market is well stocked and handy for the local community and features note cards from local artist.

When the weather is good there is outside seating.

Perhaps the only concern you may encounter is that getting and holding onto good wait staff seems to be an issue as this restaurant is located in a remote area. So depending on the number of customers, you may have to wait a bit.

Their one steady wait person, Kat is bright and friendly and is excellent to work with. Conveniently located on the way to the Taos Ski Valley.

Our Girls shopping day always includes lunch at Sol Food Market! The lattes are superb! And the fresh lunch menu never fails. We sit outside on the patio and enjoy our lunch, delightful!!

Got to enjoy a nice lunch here for the first time. Our server was wonderful. I had the French Dip and my boyfriend had the Reuben. Both were delicious and the coffee was great too. Can’t wait to come back.

Great food! Had the Mediterranean Falafel Plate and was so good, my husband had BBQ pulled pork sandwich & loved it. Staff very friendly even though busy. Just wish they were in Albuquerque!!

We had a panini and the Mediterranean plate. Both with great flavor and fresh ingredients. Also got an oat milk latte that hit the spot! Great restaurant for any where, but great find in a small town. Would return!

As a Taos local who's eaten at almost every place in the vicinity, this place blows almost every other restaurant in town out of the water. I would rate Sol Foods 5 stars in every single category: food, ambiance, presentation, and customer service (something almost impossible to come by in this town). If you're on the fence about where to dine, you can count on having a positive experience here :) would definitely recommend!! Especially if you're looking for healthy delicious food!

This is the best food around. The pastries are amazing as are the sandwiches. We always stop here on the way to hiking in the ski valley for yummy coffee, tea, and exceptional baklava. Hidden gem!

We got there too late for sit down lunch but anything that doesn't require the grill is available to-go after 3pm and the salad I ordered was tasty and healthy.

This is a great little cafe, they moved out of the market into a dedicated building six months ago so ignore the reviews about it being inside the market. Orren makes a delicious coffee and is lovely to chat with - he can make a flat white too! A must stop for coffee, cake, breakfast burritos and sandwiches.

Outstanding country Café. Very well-made sandwiches and salads. Staff is very friendly, and being open 8 am to 8 pm daily is a big plus.

Taos' best kept secret for lunch.I usually don't review my favorite places cause then I get crowded out.This place is a hidden gem.Great food ,service,ambiance and a small food store to boot 👢. Too good not to show my appreciation and thanks.

THIS PLACE IS SO COOL! You can get some food for breakfast at the market then walk next door to the cafe and eat it with your coffee. Such a neat and unique place. Hope to visit again sometime! Great place and people are nice!

This place is amazing! Both the cafe and grocery store have great organic options. The customer service is also unbeatable! Seriously kind people.
