Website is easy. I didn't actually talk to a person. We rented a condo and they just email you a key code once you've paid. It's Jan, so they're office probably isn't open much.

Had a horrible experience with this office. My family was exploring land options in Garden City and I had requested an appointment since some of us were traveling almost 3 hours. I had to email multiple times to actually get them to nail down an appointment but I did get a confirmed appointment. When the actual day came for our appointment, we showed up and NO ONE was at the office and NO ONE had any knowledge of our appointment. I emailed and texted the agent, Amber, who had confirmed the appointment with no answer. Her husband, Gary, called me and told that they would be at least an hour late to our appointment. We were super frustrated and went one block over to Town and Country realty and were greeted by Pam Cornia. She took us around and showed us lots in the rain. She was AMAZING! Go see her. Don't waste your time at this office. We ended up making an offer on a lot that night and Pam handled it all exceptionally. What a loss for Bear Lake Realty. It's a shame how they handle appointments.
