Django's Restaurant

This was our second time visiting Django's and we enjoyed every bite! Ordering was easy right from our phone, food was brought out promptly. Top notch service and we only have nice things to say about Django's. Thanks for the amazing food!

Outstanding from start to finish.

This is a small cozy restaurant in Crested Butte. The staff is super friendly and efficient. There is an excellent choice of cocktails and wines. The best part is their rotating menu and their “Tapas” style sharing concept. All menu items are available to share and they have a great variety of vegetarian options too. According to the staff the menu changes every night, the usual favorites will be there but you will be surprised with 1-2 different plates a night. The food is super original with perfectly well balanced spices. Don’t miss the crispy Brussels around with cider reduction and pistachios and the boneless short ribs.

This is a must in Crests Butte. It’s even my main reason to return to CB.

A great spot for a nice dinner when you're in CB. Service was great and we especially loved the short ribs, brussel sprouts, and flourless chocolate cake. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I'm so glad we choose to come here for it!

Absolutely incredible dinner at Django’s, 4th of July 2020. We sat in the gorgeous outside patio by a creek, and felt safe with Covid. The food was just delicious, easily becoming one of our favorite meals ever. We had the steak, the lamb, sprouts and two salads, and all were presented beautifully, and tasted phenomenal. Our server was lovely and friendly, and offset ordering on an App (due to Covid). Thank you Django’s for rounding up Crested Butte for us, the entire trip was even more memorable.

Was here for an event and got to meet and speak with the chef after reading about her prior. The food was delicious and the rest of the staff was outsiding. I would recommend stopping by if you are in town!

Crested Butte's gem you must experience! My husband and I really enjoyed Django‘s. We were seated upstairs where you are overlooking the bar and downstairs seating. The ambience was perfect with string lighting in the windows and drop lights over the bar. You order 3 or 4 dishes for a party of 2 and they are brought out to be enjoyed one at a time. We ordered the beet salad, trumpet mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and short ribs. While each dish was put together very well and absolutely delicious the Brussels sprouts were a dish that deserves a medal! Amazing! Then for dessert, flourless cake served with delicious house made ice cream! It was heavenly. The service was incredible, friendly and precise. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well who is very genuine & obviously passionate about what they do. We recommend this be a destination you must experience with your stay in Crested Butte.

12/10/20...came in with friends and we’re treated like family. Chris helped us navigate the online menu, made recommendations and helped with any questions. We ordered every item on the menu and it was amazing. Short ribs, bass, lamb, beef medallions, octopus then dates, carrots, flat bread, Brussels sprouts, peppers etc. then the two desserts. Just finished out our evening with bully bellies and gratefulness. You will not regret coming here.

Amazing food. We had the lamb, the short ribs, crispy Brussels and asparagus. Short ribs were DIVINE. Brussels were well balanced, better than Edge Steakhouse (at the Four Seasons) in Denver. The ap was a bit tricky to navigate. However if you click on the picture of the dish you will get a description. After adding an item to your cart you can list allergies or substitutions (click edit). You can check out as a guest and not create a username or password.

Had an amazing meal here on a Saturday night. We arrived slightly early and they seated us promptly. Our waiter gave us recommendations on the menu, we used the online system to order, and everything came out as it was ready. The five small plates we ordered were all delicious! Highly recommend this spot!

This quiet little dinner spot was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, the smoked maple old fashioned was wonderful and each dish was tasty and nicely flavored. We had the beet salad, arancini, spiced carrots, Colorado bass and lamb. I’d order each of these again, maybe with the exception of the bass. It was just a little under seasoned for my taste. But the skin was nice and crisp. I would definitely visit again next time I’m in crested butte

Our family really enjoyed an amazing dinner at Django’s. We were hesitant at first about taking a two year old into such a nice, classy restaurant, but the owners could not have been more accommodating. They gave us a nice big table upstairs and brought crayons and corks for the little one to play with. The food was incredible and our whole family of six would highly recommend this place for a nice dinner out! I would say it was our favorite night out in crested butte! Try all their cocktails!

Fantastic food in a fun setting, Django's was a great experience. Highlights of our meal included the *best* roasted brussels sprouts I've had and super pot roast.

Do note that the size of the plates do vary - our striped bass was delicious but diminutive - so next time I would ask the server for their insights on selections if one were particularly hungry (or not).

Would love to return.

Also, note that unlike some other restaurants in town, they are doing a nice job with Covid protocols, restricting to about 40% capacity. Well done, Django's!

I rarely give 5 stars because something can always improve. I wouldn't change a thing.

Great service. Every dish was wonderful. Quality wines. The Slow Roasted Duck Leg and Braised Beef Short Ribs were both outstanding.

If you're looking for pounds of food then skip. If you're looking for excellent taste and wonderful flavors then visit now.

It's on the pricier side relative to other local restaurants, and worth every penny. Another interesting note, gratuity is already included in the pricing, so the prices you see plus tax is all you pay.

Food was amazing-highly recommend the prosciutto flatbread, short ribs, duck breast, and chocolate cake. Honestly, some of the best food we've had the pleasure of eating. This is a tapas restaurant, they tell you right away that you should order several options to share. We think the price was well worth it given the flavors and fun date opportunity. Our taste buds were more than satisfied and we didn't leave feeling like a blimp needing a nap. Tip is included in the pricing.

Our best dining experiences in CO have all been in mountain towns and I'd be hard-pressed to recommend another restaurant as my first choice in Crested Butte. The menu at Django's has been the most interesting though and has our vote as best dining experience in CO to date!

Always eager to try new things, the seared black buck antelope on offer caught our attention and was cooked to perfection as was everything else on the meal. Service was impeccable with owner Chris tending to us. We did not hesitate to immediately book a second reservation during our stay!

Fantastic menu that showcases local, seasonal food. We shared five dishes between two people, every dish was delicious and cooked perfectly. Standout favorites were the Brussel Sprouts, Beet salad and Lamb. Service was excellent, highly recommended!

On an extremely busy night in CB we made a reservation at Django's and were so glad we did. Every thing we ordered was so good! The brussel sprouts, potatoes, and short ribs were all divine. Deserts were tasty too. We will be back next time we are in CB.

Django's Chris and Kate did our wedding reception, and we could not have been happier with the food and day-of experience. All of our guests said this was the best wedding food they had ever had, and they really loved the family style, small plate dishes. Thank you so much for making our special day even more memorable!

Wow.. what a great place our first night in Crested Butte. Food was amazing, definitely recommend the short ribs, brussel sprouts and Shishito peppers, OMG they were amazing. Service from Chris and Sis was wonderful, great crew. Sis gave some great advice on the menu and some bike rides, Chris gave great recommends on the wine selection. Overall what a great experience. We're coming back on the first night they're back open. Btw great idea with ordering online at the table, took a couple minutes and we had it down. Love this place...

After a year of having not dined inside a restaurant, my girlfriend and I decided to give it a shot while in Crested Butte. Everyone was very nice and wore masks. The food was amazing! The brussel sprouts were phenomenal and very unique. The short ribs melt in your mouth. Chris L. was AMAZING as our waiter and helped surprise my gf for her birthday. After not being inside a restaurant for a year, this could not have been a better return.
