I have bought 2 vehicles here in 2 years. The staff here are always welcoming and very straightforward about the vehicles they have on the lot. By far and away, the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Will always look here first when looking for a vehicle in the future. Shout out to George, Patrick, and Abby for being super friendly and helpful. Of course, and to Justin, who is very nice as well should you happen to catch him!

I was dealing with some unfortunate issues and moved to be with family on short notice. Justin’s was able to get me more than what Carmax was offering for my vehicle and was able to get my car loan paid off. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle and they took care of the rest. Awesome experience as they were always available to answer questions regarding the process. Genuine people that really care about their customers. Thank you Justin. If I ever move back that way I definitely know where I’ll be purchasing my vehicle.

Honestly I am so beyond happy I found Justin’s motor company, I called one day after my car blew the engine and talked to a great guy, Tony, and went in that same day, and found a car, THAT SAME DAY! Great pricing, and honestly I feel like they really care and take great care of their customers. They have gone beyond expectations of a used car dealership, lending me a car while working on mine, and just overall being pleasant to be buying a car from. This is my first time buying a car and I am so honored to have found them. What a Fantastic experience!!! This is my second car from Justin's in the last year and I LOVE it! From start to finish, we have only positive things to say!! Charles is not like your average salesman. We never felt pressured at all. He takes the time and patience with you during the entire process and is always available day or night. We LOVE Annette! She was able to get us financed again, through the same credit union and took care of the payoff (they gave me even more then what the car was worth!) What dealerships do that honestly? Annette made the financing quick and seamless and she is just a real genuine, honest and sweet person! It's the best family run dealerships in Alamogordo!
Also, Thank you Abbey for taking care of all of the paperwork for us i.e. contract, MVD Plates, etc. and being just a sweetheart!
All said and done, my husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUSTIN'S!!!

This is a great dealership. They were very pleasant to work with and were willing to negotiate the price. They explained the paperwork very clearly. We requested that they put the car on a lift for us and they got that done. Highly reccomend visiting.

GREAT company to work with. We were so impressed with their willingness to try and help in any way they could. We bought from out of state, they went above and beyond to get us our new (used) work van. It's nice to know there are still some honest people out there. Wish they were closer so we could buy all our cars through them. If the need arises though I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you Justin (great company), Tony (salesman), Shauna (what a woman, drove the van from New Mexico to Nevada, Thank you). Really can't say enough good about these guys. Those are only a few words that come to my mind when I think of the people who work here and the service that was provided to my family.

We had the pleasure of working with the salesman Mr. Charles Tracey (ask for him!), their financial consultant Dusty Jackson (extremely personable), and the General Manager Annette Harris (she's hilarious).

There were showings, test drives, negotiations, and just good old friendly conversations. There was no pressure. There was no tension. There was plenty of patience and a whole bunch of laughter. I did not feel as though I was waiting to be bitten by a sly snake. There were no wolves in sheep's clothing. Just bona fide good business.

I can't recommend Justin's Motors enough. They are doing something right with the staff they have. Alamogordo is a small city - SMALL. Everyone knows everyone. This place has been kept alive, up and running not from marketing, not from internet reviews, but by word-of-mouth. That means something.

They treat you well here. They truly do.

Also, if you have kids, there is a kids area inside where they can color/draw while the adults handle the business.

Everyone at Justin's was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All went above and beyond to help my daughter (first time buyer) trade in and then find a new (to her) vehicle. They held it until our financing was set and worked with her as well as gave my daughter sound financial advice/words of wisdom.
I'm appreciative and will be bringing my son in for his next vehicle when he's ready. Thank you.

These guys are the best...great deals on vehicles and great prices...JUST make sure there is a new battery :-) I will never go to a big dealership again.

Love this place!!! My first vehicle I purchased was a 2010, Limited Edition Rav4. Beautiful vehicle and never had an issue. Now I own a 2016 Lincoln MKZ; fully loaded. I am in car heaven. Ask for Tony or Georgie.

I have bought two other cars in my past and I have never had a better experience than I had with this company. Their staff is personable and helpful without being pushy. George helped my husband and me find the right car for us and helped me feel good about trading in my baby (my Taurus of 18 years). I would without hesitation buy from them again and I would send anyone their way if I heard you needed a car.

Friendly and helpful people! They couldn't sell me a car but they did all they could to help me. There is not a judgemental attitude here, they understand we don't all have the best credit. They seem to have a nice selection of decent cars. Most of their financing is done through the LOCO credit union.

Wanted to share our experience with Justin's Motor Company. Just purchased a work truck from them. Honest and fair dealership to work with. They drove the truck to us to see and we handled most everything over the phone and e-mail. They have gone above and beyond and I am very happy with our decision.
