Allsup's Convenience Store

Bathroom soap smelled really good, deli food as well. Cashier and food handler were both polite and well mannered.

My experience here has been 😎 awesome the bathrooms are super clean, personally the food is always hot. The staff is off the chain mostly friendly.

They have everything in this store. Very clean store, clean restrooms. Nice cashier. 😁. Even some rye bread. Ohh and get a chimi for the road. Very yummy 😋

As a truck driver, it's nice to see a selection of groceries. Canned good, bread, cereal, etc. A little high priced on grocery items, but at least they're there. Nice new store, looks like they'll have some truck parking soon. Also has a dollar store next door. Friendly staff, clean restrooms.

Very kind staff. The manager helped me a lot when I stopped through here on my road trip. I'm very thankful for her! It felt clean and safe.

Actually open 24hrs, thank you God.

I always like to stop here on my way through, they're pretty nice, the deli is always good, and they even have the green chili burritos other Allsup's have problems finding,
They're washrooms are clean to, sort of, they could stand to have a toilet seat on the other commode in the mens' room, and to fix the issue with the hand soap and paper towels,

It's a gas station. Good for fuel, drinks, and a gut grenade aka beef and bean burrito.

Hard watching a brand new place like this fall into such filth and disrepair so fast. Coffee machines busted. Bathroom trashes overflowing. 2 employees BSing behind counter until line gets long and then one of them leaves instead of manning a second register

Older man that was working Friday night 9/22 definitely needs some extra training.

He's very slow on the register each time I've come to this location.

What should have been a 5 minute stop to fill up my car turned into a 20 minute stop.

After waiting in line for what seemed to be forever, I paid for $40 on pump 5. When I get out to the pump it's not turned on, so I go back inside and ask him to turn the pump on which he replies that it is turned on.

I go back to the pump and it is now turned on but it only gave me $20 instead of the $40 I paid for.

So then I go back into the store and speak to the other guy and tell him what's going on and that I need the other $20 of gas to finish filling up. He then says that my pump was only approved for $20 instead of $40, but that the pump next to me was approved for $40 ( even though no one was at that pump)

Finally the first guy tells the second guy to approve an additional $20 on my pump, so that I can finish filling up my car.

I'll just stick to speedway when I'm passing through Alamogordo.

One last thing, the first guy didn't wear gloves when getting the burritos for the customer that was in line before me. Pretty gross to handle money and the register and then touch people's food.

Employees are rude, ignore customers who are waiting in line and offer help to the people behind them instead. Do not recommend this allsups. What a disappointment.

went to get my prize ticket from a scratcher that i had got from this store the day before. dude at the register wouldn’t give me the prize ticket because i’m not 21 but the law is 18 years of age and older. but he said he’d cash me out instead of the law was 21 and older you wouldn’t have been able to do that. he then blamed it on it just being the store policy well if that was the case maybe train other workers the same policy?

Stop at this location 12-2-2022 during the evening shift. I wanted a cup of coffee but as I looked at every coffee machine and cappuccino machine they had out of service tags on every single one of them. I also noticed that everything employee on duty look between the ages of 18 to 25. Point I’m getting at is if placing out of service labels on coffee makers is they way of avoiding your job obligations and duties that let’s me know you will always have poor customer service skills with the public. Individuals like that is a bad example of a corporation
