John came out and swapped 4 tires on a horse trailer I needed to make road worthy! He was fast, professional and very fair. I had him look at my granddaughter's older Mustang convertible and he came out a few days later, as planned, towed it to his shop and got it back on the road for one very happy 16 yr old "to be"! We have bought two cars from Moore's in the past year. These guys are hidden gems in the desert. We love their hospitality and their professionalism. They are honest people who care about their customers. They were not like the shady dealers I've dealt with in the past. They were open and honest and didn't hide anything about the vehicles we've bought from them. I highly recommend that if you find a car you like with them you better pick it up quick because they sell fast!

These folks are AMAZING! They truly care about their customers. I have to drive 2 hours every month from Roswell to Alamogordo to get my super special breathalyzer checked from Roswell. They now have my undying loyalty because of their kindness, understanding and diligence. I going to have every vehicle need taken care of by these wonderful people. These people not only are giving us a totally decent rate to do the work for us AND they're letting us make a couple payments for the labor. Stellar customer service! RV broken down in White Sands National Park. John came out immediately and ordered parts needed to fix the RV. John waited with us until a tow truck arrived and fixed our RV in the RV park when the parts arrived. John was very nice and knowledgeable and got us up and running quickly.

Mr John came in clutch time to help me on my blow out when another mobile service told me to call at a later time. Thanks John for fast clean work . Will definitely call on my next blowout. ( pray to god it doesn’t happen)
