Chase did a great job on our carpets! He even came out to the house after hours because of my busy schedule. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing and he had a smile on his face the entire time. I would highly recommend Five Star! Great job!!

I was a bit leery after reading the other reviews, but I called them after my sister had used the services recently and recommended Five Star. Chase is the new owner and he is wonderful. He was courteous, prompt, careful with my belongings, and best of all my carpet and furniture are like new again. I highly recommend Chase and his company.

The previous tenants of the property I am living in left the carpets in a terrible state. The 5 Star company did a great job in cleaning the carpets. They were efficient and punctual. Chase, the owner/operator was very thorough, professional, and a nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.

I have used this company twice and been more than completely satisfied each time. My dining chairs were so stained that I intended to have them recovered. However, when Chase got done with them they looked like new. He is prompt, responsive to special requests, and thorough. I recommend him highly.

Five Star has helped us in our home and at our office. They have cleaned out grout, carpets and some of our upholstery. Chase and his crew are great people. Highly dependable and trustworthy!

Five star came to our house for water damage. Two bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, living room and kitchen. They responded within the hour. Water was extracted and blow used to dry. Cleaned throw rug in den. Great work!!! Very prompt and very responsible!!! We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend Five Star!! Great professional equipment and service!!! I was delighted to learn that they use Green cleaners and picked up my 7×11 Persian rug... They delivered fast and friendly service along with a new looking rug. I was so pleased and have already recommend them to friends!
