PGA National Resort

Our stay from beginning to end was fantastic. Staff was amazing and so friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Golf course was in fantastic shape and a great course for my husband to play

Our stay has been amazing from start to finish. Our room was very comfortable. Justin and Brendan at the pool were very accommodating and they both make great drinks. We had the chance to have a rare evening together as our son stayed with some friends close by and Ameer and Jared prepared a special surprise for us. Brooke was also very welcoming at the front desk. Over all, our stay has been excellent. We are coming from France so not being from the area we didn’t really know what to expect but now we know for sure we will stay here again the next time we come to the states. Thank you PGA for great memories!!

Great atmosphere and very professional employees that are always nice and smiling. The food and drinks are all decently priced and the quality is excellent.

The rooms are clean, the service is above and beyond and the pool is amazing. Highly recommend.

Had a GREAT stay about the PGA National. Was there for almost two weeks. Can't say enough great things about it. I'll start with the staff - awesome service, from top to bottom. The check-in staff, lobby bartenders, restaurant waiters, concierge, staff at the spa, etc. were all top notch! A special shout out to the front desk manager, Chris Gordon, who bent over backwards, and was very patient and kind, to accommodate many of the special requests I had. The main restaurant was great, the bar was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, the property was beautiful, the valet parking attendants were helpful, and the spa was great. The only slight ding I would give was the lobby bar menu - could be a bit more diverse and broader; a relatively limited selection. But beyond that, AWESOME!

The pool bar staff is so attentive and charismatic. Their drinks are delicious and you don’t want to leave all day! Justin, Brendan and Sulley are the best!!! Thanks guys!!

Love this place! I have a group there this weekend through Jan 30. We are doing decor and entertainment for a few of their evenings. I am not staying on site but will be there the next couple of days!

Big props to Justin at the pool bar! Great personality, great drinks and best local restaurants recommendations I've ever received. Tried several of his recommendations and every one of them were top notch! Stop by, grab a couple drinks and let him steer you in the right direction for dinner! You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay!!!! Amazing service, how they go above and beyond to accommodate you!!! Food was delicious and bed/pillows soooooo comfortable!!! Highly recommend it.

Absolutely lovely, prestigious resort located in one of the nicest towns of FL! This resort has everything to offer. The pool, as well as the property, is absolutely gorgeous. They offer many spa services as well as men's haircuts and grooming. Casual and fine dining are also offered inside.

From the moment I arrived, the outside gentlemen greeted me with smiles and quickly got another co-worker to take my luggage to my room. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Brittani & Melissa at The Market made me delicious cups of lattes each morning. Mihai was always so helpful & friendly. His precious stories resonated with my heritage. Chris Gordon, Nick, and Brooke are true Front Desk Superstars!

Recently stayed at PGA resort while visiting family. Thoroughly enjoyed the property. The surrounding grounds are very pretty. We love to walk, and you can go for miles on the surrounding streets and paths. The gym is excellent. There is an very nice pool with an attentive staff and sufficient chairs. It overlooks the property which gives it "an open" feeling. There is easily accessible free parking as well as valet parking.

The greatest attribute is an amazing staff. They are very attentive and pleasant. We had numerous encounters all of which consistently top notch! We used the breakfast coffee bar daily and it is quite good. Cannot elaborate on the dining experience, as we ate off property each day.

The rooms are fine, but not a highlight of the experience. Several of the posted reviews were quite negative, so I wanted to elaborate. Our room was very clean, reasonably modern and quite spacious. While, I wouldn't state that it was 5 star, it was quite acceptable. Every other aspect of our stay was "6 stars" on a 5 star scale, and frankly in Florida, most individuals don't spend a tremendous amount of waking hours in their room.

We have stayed at other hotels in the area, and this is now our favorite. We plan to use the resort each time we visit our son. My parents are heading down in a few weeks, and we insisted that they stay at the PGA.

One the most wonderful and beautiful venues. Amazing atmosphere and plenty of staff willing to help and assist instantly.

We had the pleasure of staying here Feb 16-19 for my wife's work event. Beautiful resort with endless amenities!

I was there for the Cognizant PGA Tournament event, I was not staying there. Tournament was very well run and the amenities were accessible and no lines.

My stay at the PGA Nashville Resort was a very nice one. I was there for a convention and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and very accommodating. One of the things that I really enjoyed about staying at the PGA National Resort is that they have a shuttle service that takes you to anywhere that you want to go in the area within I believe a 10 to 15 minutes radius. The pool at the resort was very welcoming and allowed nonswimmers to be able to enjoy any part of it, since it was not deeper than 5 feet.
I would definitely return to this hotel.

Looks like a comfortable fun place. We only were there for tennis courts as part of an international tournament. Nice courts and lots of them, walkable area around.

Amazing experience, brings back memories as I have been coming here since I was a little kid. The hotel is very clean and beautiful! Staff is super friendly as well. The pool is on another level of pretty! Will 100% be back again.

Great spot to stay, even if you don't play golf. Plenty to do with the kids or alone.

I must say that I have never in my 40 years experienced such an amazing customer service until I met Chris. He was beyond wonderful and made my husband and I feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. I am lost for words and never thought that there was people in the world that was so amazing the way Chris was. Good job Chris and because of you we will be definitely e visiting again. Thanks to you my Birthday turned out AMAZING!!!!!!!
