Javier went above and beyond to make sure I got the right mattress. Although there were some issues with the shipping of the adjustable base, that were entirely out of his control, he was very communicative through the whole process. When it came to delivery, he and his delivery partner were very cognizant of my needs. They obviously have a very good relationship and it’s important to know he treats his employees as well as his customers. This was a great purchase and I will seek them out if I need anything else in the future, because I know I will get taken care of promptly and respectfully.

We’ve only been in this area for about two years. When we first moved here, we went to Live Well to buy some bedroom furniture. The furniture is beautiful and well made. We returned recently to look for a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Javier was exceptional and saved us money by checking our mattress which is only three years old was compatible with the adjustable frame. We’ve used it for three days now and there’s nothing to compare with not having to use multiple pillows on the bed just to watch TV. Thank you, Javier and Live Well for taking great care of us.

After first speaking with Javier on the phone inquiring about California king mattresses, I knew that this was the place where I would purchase my new mattress. Javier was delightful on that phone call. I had never been in the store but was impressed when I met Gretchen, Javier’s wife. She was thorough in educating me about the types of mattresses and had a delightful manner. The deal was sealed in one visit. This company is OUTSTANDING! You will enjoy the owners who are personable, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever they can to make the entire experience perfect. Delivery was great. They hauled away the old mattress and box spring which was a bonus. I was treated so well at Live Well that I encourage you to make your mattress purchase there. My mattress had to be ordered but it arrived within 2 weeks, just as Gretchen had said. I must admit that I am a discerning buyer who expects the the best especially with high cost purchases. I can assure you that my standards were absolutely fulfilled and have written this review to not only compliment Live Well but to honestly evaluate this store for another prospective buyer. In short, stop researching and checking other stores. Live Well is the place where you will be treated well AND will be happy with your new mattress.

Super pleasant experience shopping here at Live Well. Javier was friendly and very knowledgeable in his craft. You have options in price point, manufacturers, origins. Mattresses, frames, box springs, bases couches, lounge chairs... There were knick knacks, accessories, decorations etc ..I was very happy to have stopped in and make my purchases. You may walk in a stranger but you will definitely walk out a friend knowing the stop was worth while. They even followed up after the sale to see how my first few nights went and then again after the first week. There delivery guys were also friendly and efficient...

Excellent variety in quality mattresses. Javier is very professional and is knowledgeable about his products. He truly appears to have your comfort and satisfaction foremost in his advice and suggestions. Delivery was made by polite young men who went above and beyond to set it up like we wanted—even helped my wife adjust the dust ruffle for the new height!

We were on the hunt for a new mattress and Live Well came up on our Google search so we decided to try them out since they were much closer to us than other mattress stores. We went to their store first to look and were so impressed with the store and the employees that we ended our search at Live Well.

We spent about 2 hours with the sales associate deciding on what mattress would be best for us. During this time, the sales associate was incredibly patient, understanding and knowledgeable about each of their products. She took the time to explain the differences of each mattress, the pros and cons, and necessity of finding the right mattress. She provided us with quotes for the mattresses we were interested in and a number to contact if we decided to purchase from their store. At no time during our interaction did we feel pressured to buy anything. We had our 3 year old with us, and she was incredibly patient and understanding while we wrangled her as well.

Once we placed our order and paid for our mattress, we were quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery and due to an issue with the supplier, Live Well was unable to meet their quote. While we were waiting for our mattress, they were in constant contact and updating us on the status of the delivery. When the supplier gave the store a quote of an additional 2-3 weeks, Live Well worked with us to find a resolution and get us our much needed mattress. We were able to get an upgraded mattress they had in stock and have it delivered within 24 hours.

Their delivery service was also top notch and their employees were friendly, polite and accommodating.

Every step of our interactions with Live Well were pleasant. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and we would highly recommend this store for anyone. I am certain that we would not have received this same service at another store.

The folks that own this business are amazing! They were both quick, courteous & very kind. I ordered 4 candles that were impossible to find elsewhere because the company retired this scent. I was so excited to find it with this company only to be heartbroken that they arrived broken. Three of the 4 candles arrived with very broken glass despite their special effort in bubble wrap & packaging. I called and they immediately made it right not only crediting me for the items damaged but also shipping. I would do business with them again & again. Thank you very much! ❤

After 11 years with our old Englander mattress that we loved, we wanted a new one. We've tried many different brands of mattresses and nothing has been as nice for us as the latex Englander mattress. I searched locally and online for one and found Live Well Mattress & Furniture's website and their awesome sales rep Javier. He was very helpful answering all my questions and letting me know they could ship the mattress to me! I ended up purchasing the Englander Beckford boxtop mattress. When the mattress arrived, it was the wrong one. I let them know and they honored the guarantee and sent the correct one out to us right away at no extra charge for shipping. These guys are the best and we will definitely buy from them again in the future!

I had the opportunity to shop at Live Well Mattress & Furnishing Centres for sheets and wanted to share my experience. I don’t usually write reviews, however I had a very positive experience and thus wanted to share it with others. My intent was to purchase a set of Woven Tencel Sheets by Malouf. I had previously owned this brand and was very satisfied however the current sheets I owned began to shred. I placed the new set of sheets in my virtual cart and proceeded to charge them however the order did not process thus I spoke to someone in customer service. Javier indicated that perhaps my card was not at issue, rather the product was out of stock. Javier, proceeded to investigate my order and sure enough the product was out of stock. The call could have ended there, however Javier proceeded to double check his warehouse as well as the manufacturers to see if the sheets were available. (Wow he really cared whether if I secured my sheets). After conducting diligence, Javier informed me that all warehouses’ sources were out of stock. It did not stop there…. he proceeded to ask me how long I had my sheets given the manufacturer provided a 5 year warranty (something I would never have known if he had not told me).
I find it remarkable in this day and age to find a company and individual that are dedicated to exceptional customer service. Live Well Mattress & Furniture Centres has now gained a lifetime customer. I did not purchase anything during my visit today given my sheets were under warranty however given the outstanding service I will be back in the future.
