From what I was told. I was a dead man walking!
Thanks to Dr Saiz and great ICU nurses at LHCH I'm able to write this review.
As far as his bed side manor. I think he is a quiet person.

Dr. Saiz has done all my colonoscopys since 2005 and 2 operations
I'm so glad he has been there for me.

He has done many surgeries on me and I wouldn't go to anyone else..

This Dr.is great, he literally saved my life. A nasty abscess in my chest. Highly recommend for your surgical needs, no need to run out town, A Big Thank You, hopefully I'll never need your services again, but glad to know your around if I do.

Dr Sazi has been my surgeon for years, best around! Great bed side manners! Really informative!

Don’t come 30 minutes prior to appointment especially if being dropped off. The door is locked until 10:40. No matter the weather so be prepared you can be outside in triple temperatures or out in the pouring rain….

I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Siaz or his front desk people, the nurse that was there was kind and understanding that what I have going on is uncomfortable and painful. As a woman of 28 I sat in his office for almost an hour with no pants on waiting for him to come in, when he spoke he spoke to the nurse who wrote all his notes for him. Dr. Siaz was short with me and made me feel more uncomfortable. At the desk they leave you with no paperwork for the visit the gal at the front desk is rude and short with you. I had 2 prescriptions prescribed that my insurance didn't cover and I called them 3 times to let them know that my insurance didn't cover them and they kept sending the same script over to the pharmacy and told me to pay for it out of pocket. which is not something I can do right now. I had to go back to my primary care to get a different referral to see a doctor in Kingman. When my primary care requested the notes from my visit they were denied and told they were incomplete. If you have an option to seek medical care from a different doctor I would recommend you do so. I have cancelled my upcoming appointment and wont be back.

Doctor makes me feel very unimportant. 0 bedside manor.
Never felt that to the extent I feel it here. Now I know what's important to them. Not my health that's for sure.

My fiancee passed away because he and or his nurses kept put off her hernia surgery and my fiancees father passed away because of a botched surgery DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR

Beware of this surgeon, check with the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners he has a long list of violations including fatalities, probation and many more violations, I will have my day in court and look forward to criminal charges for what he has done to me and others, he has a track record.
