High Cliff State Park Observation Tower

Worth the hike up the stairs. The views are awesome looking over Lake Winnebago. There are a few other lookout points from on the cliff. 1 is just down the path from the tower.

Hiked Red Bird trail. Indian burial mounds take you back in time. Niagara encarpment on full display. A Wisconsin treasure.

This observation Tower is soo cool! It overlooks Lake Winnebago from the north looking south. It was hot and the Canadian wildfires were burning at the time so visibility was low but I’m sure you could probably see pretty far on a clear day!

One of our favorite places to go all year round. So beautiful and always feels like there are new places to explore here. Wonderful trails and views. Playgrounds for the kids to play at. The observation tower is really neat, the view up there is gorgeous. Especially during fall when the leaves are changing colors. It's a must see if you ever have the chance.

Great place for hiking bringing your fur babies or go on a picnic or even take your boat out to go fishing, so many things to do

Can sometimes be a little crowded, but this park has the best sunsets on lake Winnebago. This tower is my favorite, but their are plenty of other options right on the water in this park.

A beautiful Wisconsin state park. Nice place for an afternoon nature hike. Nice wide open spaces for kids to run, play frisbee, baseball etc. a small beach to wade into Lake Winnebago. And a wonderful view overlooking the lake and surrounding area from the 40 foot tower on top of the cliff.

Beautiful place to bring a first date or the love of your life for over 23 years! Great sunsets over lake Winnebago.

The views up here are great!

Very cool tower. I love how patinated the hand rail has become from all the people using it. The wood has become almost polished.

Great location. It's always fun managing to get to the top of High Cliff for this observation tower. It appears to be well maintained as I've been going here for years without an issue. The view is obviously spectacular and makes the staircase worth it for sure! I can definitely recommend coming here when coming to High Cliff.

Beautiful , Quiet campground , with many trails to explore ! Swimming beach w/ changing house.. Great boat launch. Friendly staff ! Etc . A true hidden treasure !! I love this place.

It's a nice place to go trail walking. I've went up with my past scout troop and we had a blast walking on the cliffs and exploring down below by the lake.

Nice view - a little high for my liking but a nice tourist attraction highlighting Lake Winnebago and the beautiful landscape to the north and northeast of the lake.

Always an awesome time out here! A little icy and very wet but still a good time! Always recommend people to come out here!

Very nice, clean and beautiful. We will be back to do some camping soon.

Nice little spot to view the water. Parking is close by and the view is very good.
