TOWN & COUNTRY REALTY BEAR LAKE

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Pam Cornia! We had made an appointment with another office in Town (BLR), and they did not show up for our appointment. The agent actually NEVER called me or returned my text that day when I asked where she was. We ended up driving to Town and Country and walked in the door. Pam greeted us and offered to show us around to many lots. She had great knowledge about the area and available lots. She was SO good at her job. She was kind and she listened to our concerns. After going to lunch we decided to make and offer and Pam submitted it that night! Please go this office. They treat you with kindness and respect.

We worked with Cindy while trying to purchase a house in the Bear Lake area. Can’t say enough good about her (and her whole team)! She is so responsive and knowledgeable. We decided to sell our Condo in the late fall of 2017 and listed it with Cindy.
We were worried it was a slow time to sell but was very satisfied with the outcome.
Everything was handled so professionally. It was put on the market within a day as well as websites, MLS and on the sign in front of their office.
Any questions or problems we ran into she handled immediately.
We had several offers but held out awhile longer. Once we had a good price she made it very easy for us to go under contract.
