He was able to come out to the property and complete the appraisal in no time at all. I would definitely use this office again for all my real estate needs.

Not at all pleased with this past service that I paid and had done in order for my house to be appraised. When someone pays to have a service done then one expects it to be done correctly and accurately which was not the case. Never have I ever before seen such a negligence and unprofessionalism. Todd, who came to my home a few weeks ago, quickly took pictures, and from what I thought took down the information on various updates done around my home, which I know now was not the case. As the information he provided was greatly inaccurate as NOT one of the updates that I had informed him of was included on the report. He obviously was looking to rush through as fast as possible and get out. He was clearly informed and made aware of the various recent updates from the start. Those included: a new roof that was done last month, new flooring and doors/updates to my apartment that is attached to the house. Moreover, he neglected to accurately record the number of bedrooms, fireplaces, and the location of which the home is located is not residential and is in a mountainous community. All of these things, which again were disclosed but he failed to accurately record any of this, and I was there when my mother explained this to him. Furthermore, the home comparisons that he provided us were over 27 miles away from my house as well as, failing to provide comparisons on homes that were recently sold on my road and a few miles away from us. The way this individual handled this whole appraisal and how they came to their overall conclusion is beyond me, when they obviously did conduct with professionalism and ethical standards.
