Absolutely outstanding display of culinary badassery, complemented by a good show.

The owner is not only a culinary badass - he & his wife are superb raconteurs, and he has some decent music skills, too.

Salmon is OUTSTANDING - and the rest of the spread was pretty awesome, too.

Great and amazing place to travel in time and picture how the people use to live and trayed things in those times. Great performance from the hosts and great show. Food is food and they can fit up to 400 people.

A great place to eat the most deliciously prepared salmon (the highlight of our trip), roast marshmallows over an open pit fire, pan for gold, view the waterfall, buy a trinket or two at the gift shop and enjoy live music- all the while, just enjoying the experience!
My best family-time day of our cruise.

The show and gold-panning were really fun. A great historical depiction of the Stampede years. We didn't happen to eat anything.

Liarsville was part of a larger shore excursion we booked. We were driven out to the gold rush trail camp in the woods. It was great to learn some of the local history and Klondike gold rush lore in an entertaining setting.

First, we were treated to a brief show in their “hippodrome,” a covered tent area with log bench seats. The show was fun and funny - reminded me of something you’d see at a Renaissance Fest, a little silly, a little bawdy but fine for families. I wish it was longer - I’m not sure if it would have been longer had we not been on an organized tour.

Next, we had the chance to pan for flakes of gold. We were all given pans with pre-selected dirt and the guarantee of finding a few flakes as we swirled our pans in the water at raised tables.

Our visit ended with a salmon feast and y’all, this was where Liarsville really shined. The meal was outstanding! There was a buffet area of side items and chicken. The salmon was cooked to perfection by two attentive chefs on an open grill and the brown sugar sauce they added to the salmon and cornbread was MOUTHWATERING! We went back for seconds, and would have had a third helping if we weren’t so stuffed!

There was also a young man playing live music on guitar who was really talented and that added to the great experience.

Stopped here for a salmon bake as part of a shore excursion. The food was good. Provided a nice buffet selection and the salmon bake was tasty. I’m glad that they provided enough food to feed all of us.

Part of our best of Skagway tour, food was good, plenty to eat. Saw the show and did some gold panning. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Rustic setting, so dress appropriately.
