Epic Adventure Center

My wife and I were very pleased with our Epic experience. We rented a UTV (2 Seater Yamaha RMAX2 LE). Cameron was wonderful getting us setup to have a safe and exciting adventure through the Franklin Basin trails. Our Garden City excursion continued the next day as Jackson instructed us on the operation of a Sea Doo pontoon (5 Man SeaDoo Switch Boat 230 HP) so we could safely navigate Bear Lake. Both Cameron and Jackson were professional, informative and friendly. The cost of these rentals were fair, and both pieces of equipment were in excellent condition. I recommend this business to other tourists looking to have a day of fun!

Great experience with Epic at Bear Lake. The winter sport equipment was in terrific shape. The folks there are so helpful and the recommendations were spot on (Limber Pine Trail for snowshoeing - don't miss out). Friendly service. Made our activities memorable. These are the guys to use at Bear Lake.

Second year renting side by sides from Epic. Friendly and helpful team there. Had an issue with a machine overheating and they were on their way out to swap the machine within 15 minutes. They'll continue to be the place we use for our family trips to Bear Lake.

Rented snowshoes and used them on the trails recommended by staff at Epic. Excellent gear that worked perfectly and absolutely beautiful views on our hike

These guys are great! Very good business integrity and aren’t out to charge you out of house and home when you return. We rented snowmobiles, which has always been a pain with other locations. They had very fair business practices and even when a few of our people got stuck and we were late they charged us a very reasonable fee and it was still worth the experience. We are definitely returning costumers!

The staff at EPIC was great. They went above and beyond to be sure we were able to get the recreation vehicles we needed on the day we were available.

Friendly helpful people, clean safe ATVs, flexible and clear instructions. The kids had a blast.

It was a chilly wet day…mud on everything. EPIC takes care of cleaning the vehicle…other places around Bear Lake do not.

WHOA!!! The landscapes of Bear Lake are truly amazing and beautiful and what better way to see it than in a machine that can get you there. Our group of 16 rented 4 razors (2 900's and 2 1000's) and were blown away with the performance of these machines. The condition of the machines were typical: used, rugged, comfortable, fast, strong, agile and met our standards. The staff was excellent from answering questions on phone calls and then handling the paper work in person. Maggie helped us and she not only got us all squared away but did it with a friendly honest personality and smile. She recommended trails, cautioned us about other trails and overall gave amazing service. This is a MUST DO!! Can't you tell by the dusty smiles?

office staff was easy work with and check in and out were both very quick. The vehicle was easy to drive and the trails were fun. My only recommendation was that the trails be marked like the map as we were kind of on oour own to find our way around. The trails were a mix of easy to hard which made it even more fun

We rented a six seat UTV. It was in great condition and powerful enough to haul around my wife and I, our two large teenage sons, and our younger son and daughter.

The staff members were eager, helpful, and polite.

Our decision to go out and ride was rather last minute so rather than using their website I called, and they were very accomodating.

We had a great time exploring the trails around Bear Lake.

Rented a couple of six seaters for the morning, and the equipment was in great shape. The staff were super friendly and helpful both during the multiple phone calls to get information and through the entire rental process. Hands down a great place to rent from. Thanks to the staff for all the help.

Absolutely will go here again...looked at other local competitors and they actually were cheaper than here but when they treat you like a huge inconvenience it's worth paying the extra!!! These guys were soooo friendly & helpful as well as patient with us as we had 6 littles with us!! Not once did they act like we were an inconvenience. Thank you for making our experience a great one!!! Can't wait to see you again

We rented Sea Doo's and had such a great time. Epic was easy to work with and made the process so smooth. There employees were great and very helpful.

We rented kayaks and paddle boards for the day. Was the only place close that would let us take them off site. Very helpful staff and best price we found. Would definitely rent from them again.

Machine was in great shape and new this year. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I have used them for past rentals and will continue to recommend.

Absolutely the BEST place ever. We now know NOT made for snow (LOL) but now I have to figure out how to get a couple 4 seaters for down in Texas!! Thank you Epic for making our family vacation in Garden City, UT fan-freakin-tastic!!!

These guys are awesome. We have rented several times from them and every time they have taken good care of us. We had a flat tire on one rental and they were super quick to help us out changing it and getting us on our way. There shop workers are fantastic. I have used them several times a year to maintain our RZR (we bought it from them at the end of a season). They are quick to diagnose and after approval get the work done in a very timely manner. We will be taking our business to them for many years.

The crew at the Epic Adventure Center location was very nice and easy to work with. We rented a trailered, 3 seat jet ski and had a great time. It's a bit confusing that their rentals on the trailer do NOT include gas, but the ones on the water do. Keep that in mind when looking at prices and planning your trip.

We absolutely loved the crew at the Epic North Beach location. We ended up switching our boat reservation to their location so that we wouldn't have to deal with towing and launching the boat from the Adventure Center. The North Beach location also allows dogs and has a nice beach area ($10 day use pass), which is great and sadly getting harder to find at Bear Lake. Everyone we interacted with there was extremely helpful and nice. They stayed calm and collected even when a bad storm came through and throughout the 4th of July weekend when people were being nuts and coming at them from every direction. Hopefully they can figure out a way to keep people from jumping the fence to come to the beach as many inconsiderate people felt the need to do and also create a no wake zone to slow stupid people down that don't seem to understand not flying past people playing in the water on their jet skis.

Awesome staff and way cool equipment. We had a lot of fun this summer thanks to Epic.

I have never had a rental business go as above and beyond to meet my groups needs as Epic Adventure Center. I would highly recommend them to anyone at anytime who is looking for fun in the bear lake area. I had absolutely the best possible experience. Great machines, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Best prices for renting in the area by far.
