Travel to Miami for 3 nite , I have spend 2 nite dinning here . I just can’t help to come back again and try more ! The pasta is la dente and the risotto is perfectly cooked. Here is the hidden 💎 gems . I’m highly recommend ! Everything I try is so yum !

Amazing pasta! I love coming here for the delicious fresh pasta. The Tagliatelle Boscaiola is my “go to” but I’ve also discovered a new favorite, the Vodka Pasta.

Best pasta in Miami . Delicious abundant sauces, the pasta is cooked right. And the gnocchi is very good as well! Fast service in a casual trendy citadel

Great food in a nice structure, The carbonara and the bolognese pasta were perfect.

UPDATE! 5Stars across the board: Wow, the owner is outstanding and I completely understand why he is in business. After one weird visit I received a follow up, I was compensated for my food and offered to receive to come back an have a do over. As a business owner you always have to be a customer first. Thank you for turning one awkward experience pleasant. I will continue to be a return customer.

So I’m disappointed for the first time ordering from borti. Yesterday after a longggg work day I called and asked if they had lasagna (because it’s normally sold out) and if I could come pick it up. I was told by the nice man who answered he’d reserve me a piece. So I headed on my journey over to citadel. When I mentioned this to the cashier she goes “oh that was probably the owner you spoke to, we are often to busy to look at the phone so please place the order online for pick up in the future, but we do have it” so I paid and waited for my to go order… when I got home and went to eat… the lasagna seemed over done like the piece was left in the oven too long. There was little to no sauce in the plate either. If I didn’t go all the way home I would’ve simply asked for a refund. The calamari was good but the thing I wanted most was poorly put together. Sucks because it’s the only thing I get from here and it’s a treat for me everyone now and then.

Delicious pasta! I had the amatriciana which was good since I love tomato sauce but they have variety of options of pasta and sauces, prices are reasonable nothing crazy. The food hall is very nice and they also have plenty options. Will come back :)

My wife and I enjoyed this place exponentially. My wife had the Spaghetti with meatballs and I had the Fettuccine seafood. The ingredients were very fresh, the aroma was divine, and the taste was Immaculate. The host was courteous and smiling. The owner had guests from Argentina, yet still found the time to have a conversation with us. 10/10

You wouldn’t expect some of the best pasta to be in a food hall in little Haiti… but it is. Honestly the pasta here is better than most high end Italian spots youll visit in town. You know it’s good when you overhear notoriously hard to please Italian tourists telling the cooks that this is how you make a proper pasta. Nothing on the menu is a miss, the pasta is Al dente, fresh, and the sauces are killer. Even simple dishes like Cacio Pepe and Rigatoni ala Vodka are stars.

WOW! This place truly is for pasta lovers. Eating here took me back to when I was in Italy. My husband had the Carbonara and I chose the Amatriciana. The guanciale melts in your mouth like butter & the pasta is cooked to perfection *chefs kiss* We are already thinking about our next meal for when we come back 😂🤤

Insane. I’m from NC, I’ve worked in authentic Italian places. Ive been to NYC, Europe…and this pasta didn’t disappoint. it’s the real deal. While eating it, I thought I should’ve taken a picture but I couldn’t stop eating 😂. I had the fettuccine alfredo with my toppings…it’s actually good plain too. It wasn’t dry! There was enough sauce for my bread! Highly recommend. The garlic bread is good with Parmesan cheese too😊

I cleaned my plate and sarcastically told the girl it was terrible lol. but showed her my clean plate and thanked everyone for the amazing food and friendly service!

This was my 2nd time trying their Cacio e pepe this week and it was fantastic!! Loved that it just as good as the last time! My friend also tried their lasagna and bruschetta and also loved it!! If you’re looking for an AUTHENTIC Italian pasta place come here! The staff is really nice too!

Usually I wouldn’t be sure about getting pasta from places but I decided to try the rigatoni alla vodka and I was honestly happy. The amount of sauce was perfect and it was seasoned well. I enjoyed it very much and would definitely come again.

This is absolutely the BEST Italian restaurant I've ever been too and I've been to Italy. They have a new recipe for chicken marsala and it was so good I ended up going back the next day for more!

Best experience ! You will have a great selection of fresh pasta, gnocchi and ravioli with the best italian sauces.

Top quality and great selection of wines too ( I love their Prosecco zonin !!). Great pricing and amazing italian buddy Mauro will be there to chat with you ! Really recommended !!!!

Me and my boyfriend come here every weekend! Service is always amazing, food is always tasty and fresh! I’ve never been disappointed at this place ever! If you want great pasta & great service this is the place for you. 10/10 recommend

I've been coming here since they opened, and never once has the quality or experience diminished.

Excellent Northern Italian food, always amazing and unique special options. I've tried the bruschettas (all fresh toppings on grilled crusty bread), fried arancini appetizer, gnocchis (all homemade everything of course), and other pasta dishes.

There is nothing on their menu that isn't thoughtful, perfectly seasoned, and just plain delicious.

Every sauce has depth to it, every ingredient is fresh, and there's just so much love in this food.

Don't miss the wine options and tiramisu. It's homemade (no surprise there!).

One of the few places where pasta is actually cooked to order and it is “al dente” and not over cooked or undercooked. Owned and prepared by Italian chef ! You can’t go wrong with this one!
Italian bacon ( pancetta ) on top of pasta was definitely the best one I ever had in Florida! I’ll be back!

Omg!!! Got truffle bruschetta, wild mushroom pasta, fettuccine with shrimp, and fried calamari. I didn’t realize that while checking out I forgot to add chicken to my wild mushroom but when my food was delivered I noticed they added it... I was so happy about that weather it was a mistake or they read my mind thank you!! But everything was delicious, next time I am dinning in to try it at the restaurant. Now I see why there’s so many good reviews, and the price is not bad for the amount you get, the quality, and flavor of the ingredients. You can tell the chef makes the food with love. So authentic 🥰.
