Marko's Smokin' BBQ

The best pulled pork I've had! Price is right, staff is awesome and friendly and there's plenty of seating. I highly recommend stopping in! I've heard that the food is awesome and now I can 100% verify that! And I will definitely be back!

Got the sampler platter. A HUGE portion of three meats along with three ribs, a side and some cornbread. Everything was mouthwateringly tasty. Very friendly folks working here. Met the owner and several others. All made us feel very welcome, even though we were just passing thru and not locals. I would definitely stop here again.

Just good Ol' BBQ done right. Not Fancy, but very good and friendly people. Definitely worth the money and a trip for lunch, dinner or just to get BBQ. Nothing wrong or needs fixing here.

New fan! Ordered full rack of ribs and shared them on the way home with wifey. Fall off the bone finger lickin' good. Just absolutely fantastic I couldnt have asked for a better expierence. Mac and cheese was delightful. Best cornbread Ive ever had. Do NOT pass this place up if traveling on hwy 10!!

Pretty good barbecue! I'd love to try more from the menu. The service was friendly, funny and attentive.

Amazing food, great service. The brisket sandwich had a generous amount of meat and was amazing, especially with the spicy sauce added. The mac and cheese and cornbread were also absolutely wonderful. Beans weren't really bbq and kinda tasted like they were from a can so that was a bummer. They were pretty busy but the employees were still very friendly and positive. Overall I was impressed and I definitely would love to come back and try other things on the menu.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I've driven past Markos dozens of times but never stopped. Needless to say, wish I would have sooner. Their Reuben is TO DIE FOR. The absolute best I have EVER had. I ended up getting 2 to go with yhe ingredients seperate to eat at a later time. The brisket nachos were also phenomenal. Very quick and friendly service. I'd recommend trying the local root beer on tap as well. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more melt in your mouth food!!!

All the food was fantastic and the service was super friendly. We were about the only people in there on a Friday afternoon, and someone put on the restaurant's pig mascot costume and came out to greet us, much to the extreme delight of our two year old. It was just charming and our son loved it and it still talking about it. It was so nice of them and again, the food was really outstanding!

Got to stop by for the first time today. The food was awesome, same with the service. I'll definitely be swinging back.

This was my second visit and it was great! I had the Cuban sandwich and it was delicious! I’ll be coming back more often.
Update 4-2023 Although it’s been a couple months since I’ve been back, I’ve ordered takeout several times and the last time I ordered I thought the food was even better!
So no joke I’m about to order me a Burnt end meal!

This is a really great bbq place! Located 1/2 between Manitowoc and Appleton on Hwy 10, it might be easy to miss since it is set back a little bit off of the road.

My wife is not a big BBQ person but she came here with me to try it out and support a local business. She was very pleasantly surprised and would most certainly come back again. I got the three meat platter with the brisket (very moist!), pulled pork, and sausage. I finished my plate before I realized it because everything was that amazing! I've enjoyed amazing BBQ all over this country and Marko's is a great hidden gem to get that craving fixed.

The staff is super polite and accommodating as well. Thank you for a nice experience!

Visiting Brillion all the way from Texas, we were pleasantly surprised at how good the BBQ was! The sliced brisket was fabulous (could be sliced thinner!) and the French fries were to die for. Markos also had a nice selection of beverages — we had a fabulous evening and will definitely return again!

Was passing through Brillion and decided to call my order in for curbside pickup. On the way to Fond du Lac, I had a difficult time keeping my buddy from eating the ribs and beans. The aroma was great. Got home and my wife and I enjoyed the best ribs we have ever had. I had the beans to myself, and the were delicious. Planning on making another trip in the next three weeks just to go to Marco’s. Will get the ribs and beans for supper but I can’t wait to try the meat loaf sandwich for lunch. The young gal that brought our meals to the van was great. The aroma coming from the building just draws you in. Three weeks may be too long to wait.

Ordered take out today. My husband got the sampler, I got the chili and my son got the tacos. All I have to say is he is on point! I tried some of everyone’s and everything was amazing! My husband makes us eat at BBQ places all the time when we are on vacation (BBQ just isn’t my cup of tea) and I have to say this is probable the best one we have been too and it’s close to home. I also don’t leave reviews often but this guy is working hard and killing it!

Food is amazing definitely worth the drive if you’re not right in Brillion. Customer service is also great which a lot of restaurants these days don’t seem to be able to balance having great food and friendliness. I’ll definitely be making the 60 min drive back to them real soon

Heard good things about this place so the wife and I made the trip out to Brillion. The food was awesome, so many things on the menu I wanted to try. I guess we will have to make the trip back to try each menu item 🤷‍♂. I had the pulled pork and my wife had the brisket, we both had nothing on our plates by the end and I felt like she may need to roll me out to the car. Definitely would recommend anyone who loves some good BBQ options to give Marco’s a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is the real deal. They treat you right and the food is exactly what good BBQ is supposed to be. You won't find brisket and burnt-ends this good anywhere else unless you're in the south. You can tell that Mark takes pride in what he does. I have a lot of respect for that. Definitely going to be frequenting this place a lot now that I discovered it.

Great food, great staff. If only they had more Stars for a review I would give them 10. Came for a seminar with the Fire Dept. Place came recommend to us. So glad we stopped there. If ever in the area will be back. Thanks much
