Palm Medical Centers - Oviedo

I was frustrated when my new insurance had me change my Dr. But now after 4 visits to Palm Medical Oviedo, I'm tickled to death with this office. They have a lab onsite...bonus! And everyone in that office have been attentive and friendly. I really enjoy being in Barbara Kelly's APRN care. I highly recommend this exceptional practice.

Everyone at this office, including front desk staff and doctor have been kind, friendly and helpful. Additionally, when calling with questions, their responses have been very prompt.

I have been a patient of Doctor Abusuwa for the last 20+ years in the different locations through the years and the lat two appointments have been here in the Oviedo office and I have noticed a huge change for the better. The staff is friendly, patients get greeted with a smile, the girls interact with the patients in other words it is a very HAPPY AND PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE. I had the please of dealing with Elizabeth office Manager, Yvonne and Angelice and all made me feel very welcomed. All the changes have been for the better. Keep up the good work.

I really love coming to this practice. The staff and doctor are super friendly. The office manager Angel more specifically is super friendly and informative. Whenever, I have to call the office I ask for her specifically because I know my concerns will be handled right away. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic first time experience! Open on the weekend, you can schedule an appointment online and add additional notes, they were aware of the information I had submitted online, and, even as a new patient, it took less than 5 minute to confirm my details and I was brought into the examination room on time. Thereafter, I saw the nurse practitioner and she was very responsive to my questions, went over my medical history, and she was great with her communication in all regards.

I had certain concerns that she addressed and she brought up things for me to work on and watch. She was mindful of my concerns, was very kind during the exam, made me feel completely comfortable, and we ended up shaking hands at the end of the visit.

I am not the type that really likes going to medical appointments, but today's visit went so well that I will make this my new primary physician office and I will be back again in a few weeks for my annual wellness visit.

Love this office. The girls up front always welcome you with a smile. The Manager Angel always takes care of any issues we have right away...unlike other offices that take days to get back to you. Dr. Abusuwa is very knowledgeable and always takes very good care of his patients. Definitely reccomend this doctor office!

The front desk girl, Zain was exceptional! Very welcoming from the moment you walk in and not to mention she drew blood like a pro! Care, concern, integrity, professionalism, and experience....that's standard with this office. Wait till they get to know you! It's gets even better!!!!

I've been visiting Dr. Jamal for over 4 years now and I must say he is nothing short of extraordinary! His attention to detail, amazing staff, and responsiveness is something I haven't been able to find in the greater Orlando when it comes to doctors

The medical assistant, Jennifer and the physician's assistant, Anisa are little slices of heaven. They provide excellent service every time I come into the office. I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as they are at this office!

Great doctors there always make time for their patients no matter how busy the appointments, been going there for years and will keep doing so.
