Pro Service Auto Care

Not only is PRO SERVICE the best mechanic in the Kelso/Longview, WA area, (see earlier post) they also install inverters; batteries, and set up pilot cars. I recently had to get a new car and PRO SERVICE transferred all my equipment, including my marine battery and inverter. I had no idea how to set the car up. I left the design and placement of things to Jeremy and I'm glad that I did. I think he did a fabulous job. Ladies, he'll also make it so your top sign goes up automatically when you push a button. A must in heavy snow.

Our car had an issue when we were driving from Portland to Seattle on an icy cold Monday afternoon. Jeremy has been super helpful even thought it’s very close to their closing hour. He patiently answered all my questions. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly puts customers interest first.

Very pleased with the work done on my Jeep. They were extremely busy and still found time to squeeze me in and perform a significant amount of work in a reasonable timeframe. There was an issue with the alignment when I picked it up the first time. I called and they were able to get me in and addressed the issue right away. They were more than fair with pricing and even worked late on a Friday to finish in the timeline they said they would. My Jeep is running and driving good as new, and I will be using Pro Service for all my future auto repair needs. Hats off to the crew!

This is a 1000% real review. My Jeep totally died on the freeway today. I cold called Pro Service Auto Care and Jeremy hooked me up with a super fast tow from Carl's, fixed the fried wire in less than an hour, and completely undercharged me for it. Jeep runs great. Jeremy is an American Hero and good human, no bull. Cheers to Pro Service Auto Care.

Jeremy saved the day! Our truck broke down while my son was out of town in Kelso, I told him the make and model and the problem and he knew the problem, ordered the part, and that same day he had the truck up and running! Great shop, Jeremy helped me with a severe trans/radiator issue that many shops ghosted me on and I’m very happy to be driving my car again.

My Sierra with a 5.3L recently alarmed me to a low oil pressure situation. After doing a couple diagnostic steps on it, I chose to try to find a good, honest, communicative shop after a couple local good ones went away. Called Pro Service and liked what I heard so paid them a visit and spoke with Jeremy about it. One of my standards for a good shop is whether or not they take the time to talk to you and then seem knowledgeable. BINGO!! These guys and the receptionist are great. Jeremy outlined the next steps for diagnosing the issue that I exactly wanted to hear. After eliminating some other possible causes, it turns out it WAS the actual oil pump and he showed me exactly why that pump failed and caused the slow decline in oil pressure. You want a good honest shop? Go here. You want a super clean shop with with guys in clean uniforms that are questionable....go somewhere else.

We made an appointment for 10:00, pickup was ready to go 45 minutes later. They rebuilt the instrument cluster on pickup so now our gauges work! The price was reasonable. We are very pleased!!

I don't know what to say, I was in need of repair on my car and they were there for me. They fixed it in a fair amount of time, they charged me fairly for it and I would go there again. I could tell the mechanics had years of experience. Also they work with their partners to get a deal for their customers. And the final nail is they were honest with me about everything.

Absolutely saved my day. After a weekend of struggling with non-stop tire issues I had just started my drive from Portland to Seattle. I started getting a scraping noise with every little bump on the road and ended up stopping near by to look for the source and help. With only 2 MINUTES left before closing, Jeremy still picked up my call and agreed to at least look at my issue before closing shop. Not only were they able to locate the issue but they resolved it in a matter of minutes. Incredibly friendly and beyond amazing customer service. If not for the 100+ mile drive each way I would absolutely want them to be my go-to. Highly recommended.

Best auto shop in Kelso in my opinion. Fast, courteous, affordable and professional. I called some other shop in town and they were booked out a month. I called Pro Service Auto and they took care of replacing my fuel pump as soon as they received it. Couldn’t ask for a better deal!

Very friendly staff. Had my truck’s alternator die on the road. They took me in on a Saturday and got me set back up. Appreciate the flexibility and helping me and my son make it to where we were heading same-day. Prices seemed reasonable and they even had space for my son to play around while we waited. Note for the owners: my AC kicked back on once I got on the freeway a couple miles down the road! So the CPU did clear itself and I didn’t die from the 107° heat we had that day! Thanks again. Definitely would choose your shop again if I needed help and am in the area.

Had to bring my car in last minute on a holiday and even though it turned out to be a non-issue, the team was so kind and helpful! They did everything they could to make sure we were good to go. You can tell they’re dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
