Chase Bank

The location is convenient! The cashier's are friendly and pretty fast. We had no problems with opening a new account. Chase seems to be a little bit better than some other banks. The opening hours work for us so we're happy!

An excellent attention from Joshua Carrasquillo is a very good person. In the bank the attention was fast everything was fine.

This bank exemplifies the meaning of "customer service." I walked into the bank and was "shocked " to find out that there were no tellers at the bank anymore. I was confused, when the new Branch Manager (Erika) stepped up and explained to me how the bank transitioned into bankers, instead of traditional tellers. She quickly took care of my banking needs while mentoring other bankers. She was incredibly friendly, competent, and fast! Thank you!

It is different from other banks due to a pilot program where there are no tellers but it has a drive thru and a money machine inside. Otherwise the customer service people will come out and help you personally. Not used to this setup but it was a nice experience.
