In a word perfection. Briefly met the owner who served us, and it turns out this was a food truck business while he was attending college and he expanded by building a deck for patrons. The roaming dog who apparently lives there, named Smoky Mountain, is welcoming and is the cutest thing ever. The food is out of this world with backdrop views of the mountains, to boot. It's just a perfect formula with a perfect atmosphere for a perfect lunch. Couldn't be happier to visit and I couldn't recommend it any stronger.

Good food, good beer, friendly staff, and good views. Self-service. Big Alaskan prices, tourist are seasonal. Military 🪖 DISCOUNT. I would highly recommend this place. Family friendly. Clean restroom. Clean kitchen.

Fish, chips, and beer. Need I say more!! If you're in Skagway Alaska for the day, you need to head over here, asap!! I visited on opening day. The food was terrific!! Ordered the Halibut sandwich and fries and the Halibut chips and fries as a to go order. The sandwich comes in a hoagie bun with fried Halibut and coleslaw. The sauce was yummmmyyyyyy!! The Halibut fish and chips were fried perfectly!! So fresh. Congratulations to Kyle and the gang for a lot of hard work and patience. You guys rock. Keep up the great work!

All in all this was a great place. I highly recommend eating here if you are in Skagway. It is off the main drag but they great food and great beer. We had a problem with one of the items we ordered. They were quick to fix it and came out the the table after the fact to apologize. The place has a great vibe and the employees were all great.

This is definitely a must stop hidden gem. It is a two blocks off the main road. You can't miss it because I am guessing it always has a line.

It is fast casual, so you order at the counter and they'll call your name when it's ready. We ordered 1lb of crab legs and the halibut and chips along with the local specialty beer Spruce Tip Ale. I also got the teal tee shirt with orange graphics. Service was really friendly and helpful. While we waiting for our order we looked for a spot to sit. The seating is outside. They have a tented area to get out of the sun and if it is cloudy and cool you can grab a spot in the sun.

The food came out quickly. The 1lb of crab legs was about 3 legs and a claw served with clarified butter. Portions of the halibut and chips were a good size. The fish was battered well and crispy. The tarter sauce was good and fried not soggy. This order was absolutely delicious. This is a must stop when you are in Skagway!

My husband and I stopped at Woadie's after our ride on the White Pass train. We had a little bit of a wait in line, but it moved quickly. We ordered a halibut sandwich, a cod sandwich, and a cup of the Dungeness bisque to share. Both sandwiches were fantastic, the fish was fresh, crispy and well seasoned, not at all overcooked. And the fries were crispy and amazing topped with malt vinegar. The bisque was creamy and had tons of delicious crabmeat, corn, and peppers. We would definitely stop here again!

Best seafood we had during our entire trip to Alaska! We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who just seemed genuinely happy to be working and sharing with us! I believe he may be in management?? Anyways, we got the King Crab and the Dungeness Crab. Wow! Perfectly cooked! Super fresh! And they served them with kitchen scissors instead of crackers and I think that’s the first time we’ve seen it, and it was fantastic! Best way to eat crab! Highly recommend!! I wish we had more time to spend here because we would have been back multiple times!

Halibut ceviche is fresh and limey. Halibut sandwich has delicious coleslaw on it.

The giant red carb leg was so great and tasty! I ordered 6 oysters, as soon as after finishing, and it was good I ordered another 12 oysters. The service was great, and the environment was clean. I strongly recommend. I will be back!

Delicious and fresh!!! I am not a big seafood eater but the Cod and Halibut Fish N Chips were awesome, and the Halibut Ceviche was totally mind-blowing. Absolutely loved it all.

You must try the fish and chips, any variety! You will not be disappointed. Also, their larger was fantastic as a pairing for the food. Such a great place.

Literally line out the door and worth every minute. The guy running the front is personality +++ gentleman with dreads is awesome too! Everyone’s nice… the view is amazing and the food is even better!!

Fresh halibut fish n chips with GREAT beer. For people with little time coming from the cruise - do the dewy lake trail close to docks and then get here for a meal and beer. Perfect on a sunny day in skagway. I think it's family run.

First time eating King Crab, we ordered a single leg and ended up ordering a whole pound. Prices were fair, service was prompt and the employees were all very friendly. We stopped here during our shore excursion on an Alaskan cruise. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bite in Skagway!

Everything was amazing, but you have to try the bisque. I don't even have words to describe how great that food was after only having cruise ship food for 5 days. It's certainly worth the walk a few blocks away from the cruise ship village to get some high quality local eats.

Woadie's is the BEST! The food is amazing and the crew is so much fun. I have been in Skagway for a week, and they have taken such good care of me. I LOVE the fish and chips so much. They also have great local beer on tap. I can not thank them, or recommend them enough! YOU HAVE TO GO!

A must stop for food in Skagway! Native Alaskan owned and locally sourced seafood. Best prices around for delicious king crab, bisque, salmon poke and sandwiches. They offer several beers on tap from Klondike Brewing around the corner for you to enjoy.

Staff was attentive and pleasant. We visited a couple times when we were in town and were able to try most of the menu. Would not hesitate to eat here again… and again.

So enjoyed our lunch here!! We did come when it was busy so there was a long line but it moves fast. One of the owners did work the line and bring beverages to those in line. That was such a great idea. While standing in line I noticed a couple of locals. They said they love this restaurant owned by locals who work hard, have good quality food for the value. I would agree. I highly recommend!!

Tried the poke bowl today. It was amazing. Staff is always super friendly place is always clean.
