Dr. Julie Sprinkle is absolutely amazing. Never in my life have I met such a compassionate person and caring doctor. She takes every concern so seriously and always does everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. She also has a great amount of knowledge on the doctors in our area, so she can always direct you where you need to go if your having a problem that requires a specialist such as an ent or obgyn.

Everyone that works here are nice and care about the patients.

I sell intravenous antibiotics for a major pharmaceutical company. My interaction with Julie told me she is very on top of what is going on with the more resistant bacteria that we are dealing with in Southwest Va.

I hear great things about Dr. Sprinkle, but it's impossible to be seen. Never a provider on site.
I used to be seen by Dr. Greenfield, but when I called for an appointment by the new providers, I was told they're not taking on new patients.
I'm not a new patient. I'm a patient of your establishment and now I've been kicked out because my doctor left. This is extremely difficult for me as I have an immune deficiency and now do not have a doctor. Ridiculous.

I've been trying to get my prescription filled for over a month, I've called in multiple times, was sent to the wrong pharmacy and when I called THREE SEPARATE TIMES to get it moved to the right one I was always assured it would be done but it never was! This is after I already had to call multiple times to even get it sent in the first place! I've been going here for years and this place used to be good but in recent months the quality has dropped dramatically, honestly deserves 0 stars if I could rate it that low. Do NOT recommend.

Dr is never in the office! She's my PCP but I'm constantly having to go elsewhere bc she's never there!! She's always rushed n not very thorough. She's constantly trying to stop my meds without discussing it with me. It's hard to get refills. I think I'm looking for a new PCP 😔.
